Passing through Texas on I 20, AC clutch goes out, my man Christian swings in action that helps me out big time. I hope this young man gets the recognition he deserves. Walk me through the issue while I was driving, had the opportunity part waiting for me when I got there.

I just went to have my car scanned to see what issues were showing up. The sales employee immediately got his scanner and hooked it up to my car. The diagnosis was quick and painless. I received results in a minute. He was helpful and courteous. I appreciate that I didn't have to wait.

I love going to O'Reilly for my parts and other stuff. I got my steering wheel cover there a few years back and I love it. Plus they even put it on for me. There always very helpful and friendly. I've never had to return anything and there prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

My battery died at a gas station across the street. Got it to O'Reilly's. The two guys working were very polite and nice. Checked my battery and replaced it with a new one within ten minutes and it was raining. I am very grateful for them. I will recommend this store to all my friends. Thank you.

These guys are great, after my car broke down outside of Cisco with a cylinder failure I slowly drove it over to here & they helped me to try multiple things to get it going again. Sadly none of the things worked... but it’s not because of them, it’s just because the cylinder failure probably is caused by something that will require a proper mechanic to fix. Thanks guys for all the help.

I shop at O'Reilly often because of their great customer service and today was no exception. While on an 8 hour road trip for work, I noticed my hood had started to move. Sure enough an entire bolt had come loose and I had no tools. I stopped by this location hoping to find a tool to fix it and the guy at the counter found one, walked outside and proceeded to tighten all the bolts himself. I didn't get his name but he had brown hair in a ponytail. Awesome customer service!

Lance was extremely helpful! We bought windshield washer fluid, and he put it in for my Mom. We're very appreciative!
