The help that I received from Taylor and Mikel at the Center Pointe location was exceptional. It took some time to get things together, but they took their time with me. Such positive employees and I love the fact that while waiting, they made conversation with me. They were able to multitask, seeing as though they had other customers to care for. My husband bought a scuf controller and it randomly stopped powering on. I took it in (he was in the hospital) and the guys working were able to help point me in the right direction. They also were able to find the original receipt and reprint it for me which was a huge help.

We called them for Pokémon cards and some how they had some. We showed up and the person helping us was awesome! I can’t recall their name but they gave us some promo cards that my son loved. They really made sure our shopping experience awesome! Thank you

Always a great experience when I come here, and the selection is pretty nice. They have their shelves stocked and organized, and their pop selection is amazing! Glad to see this location has their controllers secured, too! Sam, Kelsey, Joe and Keshawn are great sales people. Ibdo miss the old manager, though, Dennis. This new one, Aisha, seems to belittle her employees in front of customers, and I've heard her say some nasty things about some customers on the floor.

My preference for GameStop’s in the area whenever I come in most of the time Johnathen is working and he’s super great!
I do wish they opened I bit earlier, most GameStop’s in the area open around 10 yet this one opens at 12 a bit odd but tolerable; probably due to staffing but nevertheless a great location!
