I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Kaylee at the T-Mobile store and I can't recommend her enough. From the moment I walked into the store, Kaylee's approachable demeanor and professionalism stood out.

She was incredibly knowledgeable about the 5G home internet service I was interested in, answering all my questions with patience and clarity. Her advice was invaluable, and she helped me make informed decisions that I am truly satisfied with.

What impressed me the most was Kaylee's commitment to providing excellent customer service. She was attentive, understanding, and genuinely interested in helping. Her ability to make customers feel valued is truly commendable. She was even willing to call customer support multiple times to ensure I was fully taken care of!

In a world where good customer service often seems to be a rarity, Kaylee's dedication is refreshing. She is a credit to T-Mobile and a big reason why I will continue to be a loyal customer.

I walked in tonight to add a line to my plan. Randy was so great! He answered every question I had and was so good at making sure I understood everything I needed to know in regards to how my plan would change and how I could monitor my teenagers line. Great experience!

Ryan Meehan was super helpful and patient with us. We had issues online trying to switch from Verizon and he did a great job getting us switched and making sure he answered all of our questions. We had actually been to a different T-Mobile store first and didn’t have a great experience. We were ready to give up on switching but decided to try this store as a last effort. Ryan definitely saved us as customers!

Evan was very helpful and I appreciate it he was the only person that didn't give me a run around and truly helped if he is working recommend talking to him

I was sent to the Davenport store by the rock island store. When I arrived I was helped by a 21 year old man named Andrew. I’m not sure what T mobile is doing but they are hiring some of the best employees! This guy helped me with my issues and got me on my way! Thanks

The best experience I've ever had in phone store. I had to wait about 10mins but it was more than worth it. Tiffany is awesome, she had answers to all my questions, and made the switching over painless.

Evan was awesome. Truly knowledgeable and ported our phones, upgraded a phone and set up our tablet. He said it would take an hour and it did. Pleasure to work with.

Ryan and Felicia were amazing. They took the time to talk with us and made it very unpainful for us. Ryan explained everything excellent to us and made sure we understood the process. This location is great and the 2 of them are awesome! We will be back definitely.

I had such a pleasant experience here today! Shanequa was absolutely WONDERFUL! She helped me upgrade my phone and was very polite and fun to work with. The staff was ready to help when needed. I don’t usually do reviews like this but I had to! Couldn’t be happier!

We went to T-Mobile to acquire new a new Cellular account and to purchase new phones. Our sales rep was Shanequa Thomas. She was the most knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful sales person that we have encountered in along time. If the rest of T-mobiles staff is half as good as she was, dealing with T-Mobile should be a good experience.

I’ve never had better service then this store. Friendly, helpful, quick, clear communication. I am so pleased. We used to go to the sprint store on 53rd and the service was terrible. Happy customer with T mobile.

I've been to multiple stores in different states and this is by far one of my favorites. Walked in tonight and it was kinda busy. Waited for all of 2 minutes to be checked in. Gave a 15-25 min Eta on when we would be helped. Was serviced a lot sooner. Didnt have the phone in store was able to get 2 day shipping to our house instead. Im okay with that because its a 40 mile drive one way. But i enjoyed how friendly the staff was.

Ryan was awesome! Answered all of our questions and helped us maximize our phone service and settings.

Ryan at T-Mobile help my wife and I set up a new iPhone to our T-Mobile account that we had handed down to us. Unfortunately, the phone proved difficult to sync with our hold phone. Ryan, and the manager, spent nearly an hour helping us get our phone set up. The transfer was not quite complete when we left so Ryan showed us how to complete the transfer when we got home. We are very grateful to the T-Mobile team, and especially to Ryan. Thanks T-Mobile. This service is why we have been a T-Mobile customer for nearly 14 years!

Was very helpful in helping me upgrade my phone from the Note 20 to Samsung Ulta 22. Was very busy and had over an hour wait because they were very shorthanded with employees

I am an existing t mobile customer and had purchased a new unlocked phone for my daughter's birthday from Motorola and for whatever reason it wouldn't connect to the t mobile lte after I put the sim card in it.

I walked in to the Davenport store and Evan was happy to help and was able to find and correct the issue in minutes. His help was very much appreciated and saved me alot of hassle.
