The Ashland Rd CVS Pharmacy Staff is Amazing! They care about their customers and are always willing to help. They always greet me with a smile and are very quick at getting your prescription filled when you need it.

Went through the drive through for a covid test. On the window at the drive through it said pharmacy was closed today. Would've been nice to receive a notification of this via call/text/email instead of wasting time when I feel sick.

Tried to call the store to ask if this "pharmacy closed" also included lab covid testing (not home tests). Was answered by an automated voice machine that was no help. Didn't even get redirected to any human being to help answer my questions. I will be filing a complaint through CVS as well.
