Besides construction right next door on the road, this place is definitely a great gem! Love finding places like this. Great coffee and good food. The guys working it were very friendly and one of them stopped and talked with my loquacious 4yr old boy. We will be coming again for sure. Also loved a vegetarian friendly burrito

It's outside and they have a cute patio with little tables to sit and relax. We had our coffee and breakfast muffin in the car because it was so cold! The coffee menu is creative and fun and they offer BBQ pork breakfast burritos. The staff is always energetic and friendly. Service is fast and my drink was delicious. A little gem out on the plains.

This is an amazing restaurant/coffee shop right off of 24. It is a locally owned business, with superior professionalism and food quality! My favorites here are the breakfast burrito or quesadilla. (But I have also never had something I didn’t like!)

The service was great. The nice lady that took my order was very knowledgeable about the menu. Very understanding and helpful with me while I couldn't decide what to order.

This is such a wonderful place. The breakfast burritos are top notch! The salsa that goes with it is such a perfect pairing. The breakfast muffins are so fresh. None of the food is heavy. The americano is so on point! It says something when you can taste the flavor notes in an americano and say you want more of this. I will surely be back!!

We love the coffee selection and the price is always good! Just had loaded nachos and the brats! So delicious. We have to come here at least a couple of times a week because the food and drinks are so good! And of course the staff is always so nice and friendly!

I have had breakfast burritos from at least a dozen different local establishments over the years and this is the one I prefer hands down. In fact, I had pretty much stopped ordering them until my wife came across a post about the Coffee Shack and we gave it a try. They do have a set menu, but Ross will put together whatever you want if he has the ingredients on hand. This is especially nice since my wife is very sensitive to many foods. A very unique touch to their burritos is that they get a nice press at the end which adds a wonderful dimension to what is commonly your soft flour tortilla wrap. There is also a vast array of hot, cold, and blended beverages and Jo never disappoints. My wife prefers her drinks over any of the chains around town. In addition to breakfast there are also lunch items, such as BBQ, brats and dogs, and nachos. If you are ever in the neighborhood or even if you aren't, stop by. The owners are great people and it's always a nice visit!

I travel all over the country and a business owner myself and by far this small place to me has by far Fantastic Coffee and Food especially there Breakfast Burrito and Quesidiila etc... They have Great Friendly Service even when there busy, they still treat everyone with a great attitude which is why I still buy there products.

This is a great place to stop. It's conveniently located for my hour drive to Parker for work. The coffee gets me through the day and I am grateful they are here! Service is always great and the food and coffee they offer is wonderful! The menu is big enough I struggle to decide what I want. Please stop by when you are in the area!!

This is my FAVORITE coffee shop! Not only can I get a PSL all year long; their BBQ is actually amazing. Which we find hard to come by here! Highly recommend the Smoked Brat Breakfast Burrito!

Stephany was the absolute best!!! I’ve never been here before & i’ve been to MILLIONS of coffee shops around CO & she was the ABSOLUTE PERFECT BARISTA I've EVER came across!!
I had a picky order due to my sensitivity to milk, & she was able to create a deliciously tasty, DAIRY-FREE, almond milk, Pumpkin Spice Frappe, on the spot, no attitude, gave me other non dairy options, with no hesitation!
It’s hard, nowadays, to get great customer service anywhere, so I truly appreciated & loved my experience at this coffee shack! She was amazing & super helpful!!
