I ordered a lot of stuff from these guys in one cart and one of the items was thier giant laminar flow hood. The directions are in Mandarin and I emailed them and they offered to face time me to help me assemble it. I thought that was really nice. They respond really fast as well.

I have used the PPM. It's a very good product. I use it for my protoplast culture. There are no fungal or bacterial contamination. Since I have to keep my cultures a longer time. The best part is it can be autoclaved or used directly. Though I prefer direct use. Sometimes I directly use 1 microlitre in 5 ml it helps.

These folks are great. PCT has a great staff and valuable products for all tissue culture crops. I have used PPM preservative for almost twenty years and got to meet them when I called about their TC Master. The PCT team is loaded with great information and even better customer service. And only getting better!

Firstly the products are extremely potent and high quality and fresh because my plants are responding extremely well! Secondly customer service is extremely helpful and will help you with anything you need help with with nutrients or liquid mediums or whatever it is there's always someone there to help us with every question and any situation! Third of all the delivery is super fast and it gets packaged very well with mixing instructions and storing instructions and everything you can possibly think of, plant cell technology makes sure that their clients receive the best possible quality product and the best experience when shopping on their website! I absolutely love them and I highly recommend them to anyone including my friends - And LOOOOVE THE NEW PLANT LAB FOR KIDS!!

Plant cell technology is a great company with great products. My Son and I ordered the children’s lab kit and we went to do it and it was missing half of the MS formula. I got a hold of customer service they were fast. They emailed me back immediately and they sent out a lil bottle of ms formula for us . Which was way more than we were even missing for our kit . So fast , great customer service and I feel like they were very polite and went above and beyond for us . So I will b recommending this kit and company to everyone I know . My son and I just finished his kit and he absolutely loved it . He actually want to do more! So we will b ordering from plant cell again !
