Clean place. Alex and Ben were super helpful and spent a lot of time with us making sure we were all set with our new phones. Very helpful and answered all our questions. Even stayed late for us. Great customer service. Parking lot is a little crazy as they are right next to 2 restaurants and a hot yoga studio.

Benjamin and Serena were wonderful! They were knowledgeable and personable. Benjamin had surgical precision in applying my screen protector. Thank you so much! Who knew getting a new phone could be so enjoyable!

Colton was excellent-! Got my upgrade and added a watch. Best part I didn't have to deal with an lemming apple user employee.

Rainey was fantastic! She is very knowledgeable and positive. She was answering customer questions and helping the other two sales people all while keeping my upgrade moving along. She addressed past customers by name and with a smile. Rainey offered several options for us to choose from to help save us money or address our issues. It was a pleasure working with her.

Liam and Brian were knowledgeable, patient and professional. They were great to work with.

Everyone in the store was very helpful and pleasant. Very professional and answered all my questions. They took their time and activated all my devices for me. I would highly recommend going there for all your needs and services! 😊

I had the pleasure of workin with Alex today at the Verizon store on Grand... It was the best experience i've ever had with a Verizone employee. To say Alex is knowledgeable is an understatement. He has great knowlege of the products he sells and his customer service skills were outstanding! My son-in-law and I went in together and he addressed issues for both of us - additionally,a few customers came in while we were there and he was able to address their questions easily, quickly and they left the store satisfied. I woud highly recommend this particular store and Alex. Customer service is not dead folks....go work with Alex and you will be convinced.

Very knowledgeable and honest, super helpful worth all of my questions. They greeted me right when I arrived even though they were busy. I was adding 2 lines to my Verizon acct, they made sure I understood all of my options, limitations, and deals available. They weren't pushy at all and got everything taken care of and out the door quick and easy. I will definitely use them again!

I was in on a very busy Sunday afternoon with only 1 sales associate in the store. Mikalah Travis was my consultant and did an excellent job of handling the current customer (with a lengthy transaction) as I and another customer waited. She was very courteous, apologized for the wait time and did an excellent job of resolving my issue. She was great!!

KEELAN was amazing today! First time being with Verizon and it was an amazing decision. Compared to being with sprint for years I’ve already had amazing service and nothing has gone wrong yet. Hunter and Mary are Awesome!! It is so painful for me to update phones so I try to avoid for as long as possible. Mary and Hunter were so welcoming and were very knowledgeable. They took the needed time to help us update and choose 4 new phones, pick out cases, update our family plan and make sure all data was transferred. I generally hate going to Verizon and I typically don’t have great experience with their customer support, but this location has friendly employees that make it an enjoyable experience. Victra Verizon in Spokane is the spot!

Great store, great people. Very patient. Would recommend. I'm not sure why people always say "dont go to retailers"... This one had no wait, took their time, made sure everything was set up and ready for when I walked out the door. Last time I went to a real location, I was pushed out the door with my new phone and didnt even have my contacts on it. The manager, I think Judah was his name, was super knowledgeable.. Said hes been doing this for years. The staff, Ryan and a new girl who I didnt get the name of, were very nice and attentive as well. Go here for your phone needs!!!
