Hello everyone so i rate the store five star because they have the best customer service and they help you resolve The problem that’s in your phone service or account. I’ve gone to other MetroPCS stores like the ones on Juan tabo and the one on Wyomi and Central and I promise you, you will not receive the same services as these guys on Zuni they will not help you at all they will not explain things to you properly. If you were going to get any kind of service from metro I promise you they will not help you with any problems that you’re coming across they will just simply say I’m sorry it’s out of my hands you have to call customer service for that problem, and well this kind of customer service is unacceptable and very unprofessional in my experience. I had problems with my home Internet, and the person who attended me and Whom I will not mention their name for security, and safety purposes, did not help me remove the home Internet service off my account instead, he had me wait almost half an hour and then told me he needs the home Internet box which I paid for to be returned to the store At this point I didn’t care about losing $20 so I drove back home 15 minute drive came back to the store and had me wait another 30 minutes to just tell me I’m sorry I can’t help you. It’s out of my hands. Telling me call customer service, even though my phone line was disconnected and didn’t explain to me that I can call metro even if it’s disconnected,he just simply said I’m sorry find someone to help you with that. So that happened but I decide to drive here in Zuni to this MetroPCS store and there’s a huge difference. These guys have excellent customer service and show professional work and can help customers with their metro PCS account or services I really recommend coming here and if you guys in Zuni are reading this, thank you very much for your help😊🙏🏽.

OMG!! Adrian (manager) so freaking awesome!!! We expected to get one phone and walked out with more!! (with our upgrade) I definitely recommend this store than the other MetroPCS stores!! If only I could give 10⭐ stars instead of 5...

Shout out to Myra who just dropped my phone bill by $100 and put me on a new family plan Thank you!!!! And help turn on my son's phone. She was so kind and helpful.
I will always come to this location and ask for her!

The store manager is well versed in product knowledge. I'm on the opposite side of town,but I come here for tech help, accessories, new sales, and gifts.

I came into the store twice in the last 3 months. Both times I was met by a guy, (I can't remember his name... Adrian??) who was very friendly, extremely professional, and VERY helpful. He took the time to answer all of my questions, and help me solve each problem. He was patient and very kind. I'll definitely continue coming to this location for anything I need in the future. (And no, this is not a Metro employee leaving this review for good credit. My name is Michael, and I'm a Metro customer)

I usually always come to these guys because of there amazing customer service!! Adrian the manager and mayra are always very helpful with any questions i may have. I will keep coming back as long as the two are here.

I only go to the Zuni store that is my favorite store, and the reason I go to that store is because of Adrian the store manager he has sold me my last three phones he is such a wonderful help he's so nice and I will only go there everybody in that store is awesome but I refer to Adrian as my phone man because he helps me up and beyond and he has a good rapport with customers that I've seen and he is my favorite as long as he stays there that's my store. The reason you got five stars is because of Adrian he makes that store great thank you Metro for the wonderful phone service.

Adrian the manager was such an exceptional awesome guy he helped me with a new phone n he saved my number thank you so much! Also his staff was so nice nand helpful as well thank you team Zuni and San Mateo!!

Awesome sales lady at this location! I got a new phone and ported a number. Not only did I get a great price but I was in and out in about thirty minutes! Spectacular service!

It's a good place to get cheap service but again you get what you pay for. Really good customer service the people there know what they're doing.
