Paulette café

Wow!!! What an amazing food delight. Their Country Breakfast is amazing. I think more importantly is how good the food is at a such affordable price. I have had more expensive plates elsewhere that left me disappointed, not this one!!

Tried the Paulette Cafe in downtown Conroe for lunch today. The food was fresh and delicious. I really enjoyed the Croque Monsieur, and my friends enjoyed the Paulette Salad and Cheesesteak Crepes. Very reasonably priced for such high-quality food. Great service too. We will go back to try their “authentic French pizza” and sweet crepes!

My husband and I really enjoyed the food and people at this restaurant. We will definitely be returning!

We had a wonderful experience trying Paulette café for the first time. Adorable atmosphere and great customer service. The pizzas were delicious; same with the cookies and cream crepe and lemon tart. Will definitely be back to try more of the menu.

This place is amazing! My husband and I visited for the first time yesterday. We ordered two pizzas and shared a slice of raspberry tart. All I can say is this place is phenomenal and worth every penny. I had the prosciutto pizza and it was by far the best pizza I have ever had. The staff were all very sweet. We will definitely be back!

What a shocking (but great) surprise in Conroe! This cafe is located where Flourish used to be, on the north side of the court house. Everything we ate was fantastic and we'll definitely be back... maybe tomorrow! Thanks Paulette Café for wonderful food and hospitality.

This place was delicious. We wanted to find somewhere cute for our Mother’s Day brunch and this place did not disappoint. The service was so friendly and the food was very amazing and authentic. The crepes and pastries rivaled what I’ve enjoyed in Paris. We will certainly come back here again!

What an absolute gem of a place! I was in the area for work and looking for something outside of the usual Tex-Mex, BBQ chain restaurant finds.

I am so glad I stopped in here. I had the Chicken Carbonara Crepe and the Nutella Crepe. WOW!

My food was flavorful and the portion size is perfect. I can’t wait to eat here again!

Wow!! Just wow!! Absolutely love this authentic French Cafe. The croissants and pain au chocolat are fantastic. My husband and I tried the savory crepes (French Classic and the Breakfast) and both were flavorful.

Update: during Christmas time, I ordered croissants and chocolate croissants for Christmas dinner. My family absolutely loved them. I'm glad I ordered them!

A fantastic NEW spot in downtown Conroe! Very clearly French owned with an authentic experience in mind. The food was PHENOMENAL, fresh, and felt like a good deal for the portion size. If you’re a coffee drinker, this is a fantastic spot for something a little different than our Americanized version, but worth trying. We’ll definitely be back!

We found our new favorite restaurant in downtown Conroe. As soon as we walked in, we could tell that this place was very clean and inviting. The atmosphere was very welcoming, and there were many French touches around the restaurant. The service was great. We were seated almost immediately, despite the amount of people, which was a lot. Only 5 minutes later, we were ready to order. It did not take long for them to prepare our orders, and the food was exceptional. My Nutella crepe was very warm, and was delicious. Everything was very well presented, and very tasty. The staff were all very nice and helpful when we had any questions about the food. This restaurant did not disappoint, and felt like it came from France itself.

Cest ce bon! Absolutely wonderful experience. The family here are French and the atmosphere is so inviting. When you walk in the door you’re met with the scent of fresh baked bread. It’s delightful. We tried the French crepe and I didn’t get a photo because it was devoured so quickly!!! It was light and airy. We also got 3 beignets and the lemon tart. The best lemon tart I’ve ever had! It was light and oh so creamy. Not too tart, not too sweet. Just right! I cannot wait to go back and try a pizza next time. The family who runs Paulette’s were wonderful and the service was great. They were very thankful of everyone who came to try their restaurant.

Absolutely delicious and so friendly. my family and I went to try out this new French café in downtown Conroe. Their menu is well done and you really do feel like you are back in France eating the authentic cuisine. I’m so glad to say that I’ve been twice and want to make it a regular spot to go. Can not wait to try more of the menu!

Beautiful place owned and ran by an real French family. The food is amazing and so is the coffee. The decor and atmosphere is super cute as well. And the location is great!! It’s my new favorite place.
