JOANN Fabric and Crafts

My friend unexpectedly had to present a medical display at a conference in Salt Lake City the next day. While she rushed to the airport from Ft Defiance to Albuquerque she asked me to arrange pick up of needed supplies. So I called Jessica, the store Manager at Wyoming blvd JoAnn’s in Albuquerque.Jessica had medical knowledge and could see my friends display and offered wonderful suggestions which I agreed too. My friend was able to arrive and pick up the already purchased supplies and get on her plane with minutes to spare. Do I recommend this, no, planning should be done in advance. But Jessica was wonderful in assisting us to get the job done. Thank you Joann’s and most of all Thank you Jessica.

I was having trouble with an online order and had originally called the alameda location where their manager was very unkind and impatient. I was reference to call this location and Jessica who I believe handled my call was EXTREMELY kind, patient, and helpful in directing me where I could find a solution.

I don't go there very often, but when I do, I always find exactly what I need.

Becca was so helpful very good at math and helped us so much get what we needed she also helped us with coupons and saved us a bunch of money thank you Becca
Missie the cashier was so funny and sweet she gave us really good discounts and treated all of us with great respect and laughter

Love they variety of fabrics. But, don't use the scissor sharping guy. This man ruined my left handed ones.

Great store. They just need more cashiers. If you are looking for a job please apply! They have a wide variety of arts and crafts. The store have been clean and well organized every time I went in.

The Joann's on Wyoming has the best sales associates. Helpful?! One of them went to find an item I was looking for while I went to find another in the opposite direction.
That small gesture of kindness saved me time and maybe, even a little frustration.

For many years, I would prefer to travel to the JoAnn in Rio Rancho because the Menaul/Wyoming store was unclean and had poor customer service. However, seemingly under new management, it is now a joy to visit the store on Menaul! It is always clean, fresh, well stocked, well organized, and the people are so helpful, friendly, and attentive! Like many of my recent visits, I was helped quickly and kindly today - both at the cutting table and the checkout counter. Whomever stepped in and implemented these changes truly deserves a pat on the back.

Was just at Joann’s which was very very busy/slammed with a Holiday rush. I was so impressed by the kindness and patience that all the employees showed, never getting snippy or rude even though they were very understaffed for the volume of people in the store. Shout out to Zane (I think was their name? Taller, Employee w dark hair and glasses) who showed exceptional speed, proficiency, knowledge, and real care for their job:)

Even when they're really busy, the customer service is wonderful! I appreciate the knowledge, courtesy and kindness of their workers!

I'm always greeted when I enter the store. Staff are knowledgeable about products & will get someone else who can give advice if needed.

The staff here is respectful and friendly. The stock at the store is consistently good. One thing that really stood out is staff that had clocked out recognized my wife and stopped to say hello even though they were off the clock and leaving the store. Top notch service.

Patricia helped my mom and me today and she was so kind, considerate, and professional! I come here often and Patricia definitely stands out among her coworkers. We need more people like her! Thank you Patricia

Friendly staff, clean, tidy, ample parking.

Everytime I come here I never want to keave haha! But its sad that so much gets stolen out of this store that they literally have 96% of the merchandise locked up so you cant really check it out as no one wants to call a worker over EVERY single time you want to simply look at something..but other than that its a really great place!!
