Went right after opening this morning to buy new windshield wipers. Big thanks to Maya and Emelia for persevering getting these wiper blades on my Explorer. Now days, wiper have many different attachments, these 2 kept at it until they got it done. Thank you so much to both of you!!...another reason I love THIS O'Reillys!!

This store is awesome! I needed a battery for my truck and i called around to a couple different places but felt like I was taking up precious time for those other stores. I called O'Reilly's and was prepared to get the same treatment. It didn't happen a pleasant voice was on the other end and was very willing to helpe with everything i needed! About 40 minutes later I was in the store talking to the pleasant voice face to face, Victor had everything ready to go for me. He even installed and exchanged my battery! He is my hero for the day! Thank you guys and keep up the good work!

Needed a battery and Donald helped me out big time with sale and installation. So professional, kind, and made the experience easy.

I absolutely love this store location. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. They almost always have the part I need in stock and ready for pick up within the hour. I very rarely go anywhere else. Great crew over here.

Alwsys good customer service workers but idk if he's a supervisor or something but he needs to help it was so pack in the store n there was one guy in the office n he said he was on f break n he doesn't have to help yet like what really either the boss needs to talk to him or move him or fire cause that's not cool if u don't like ur job quite fine something else but the other workers where very nice

Dropped by here after getting my car front window repaired across the street. The young clerk was friendly & very helpful. He changed a bulb in my headlight for me. Plus he was bilingual in Spanish & English. Wish I’d gotten his name. The store was very clean too.

Will the manager at the Menaul location was very professional and helpful. My wife needed help and Will walked her through all the different option she had. He was very informative helpful and got her taken care of in a timely manner.I would recommend this store to everyone I know

Had to repair brakes on my daughters car. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Returned parts I didn’t need. Will go back when the situation arises.

Decent prices and good selection of items for upgrades and routine maintenance. Staff is always helpful. My mechanic tells me that they carry more US made products then NAPA does. Good to know.

Omg! Miranda is there best customer service rep I've dealt with in years. She sets the bar high!!! Ideal person for management.
For 2 yrs I've been going there and also auto zone for touch up paint for my vehicle. Not one of the numerous men that I've spoken to did their job. Miranda helped me find what I wanted that not one of the guys would or could do!!! Thank you so much Miranda!!!!!

This place is amazing. I cant give these place enough stars. The guys here treat you with so much respect and helped my change out 2 lightbulbs on my car without any problems. I had been to a competitor of theirs who refused to help me. This place is my new and only auto parts store.

I want to give a shout out to Joel at this location for helping me out with my 2013 sonata. I needed a battery test. He tested the battery and indeed it was bad. We purchased the battery and he changed it out for us. It ended up being alot of trouble but he had a great attitude and was very friendly and helpful. This was a great experience. I had just come from AutoZone on eubank and constitution after they turned me away when I waited in line for 30 minutes. Thank you Joel and thank you O'Reillys.

On top of his automotive expertise he went above and beyond for me! He didn’t just sell me a part. He took the initiative to come outside and replace it. Not only in showing me what he was doing, he also took the time to teach me how to do! I really appreciate everything he did for me this evening and wanted to make sure he was acknowledged for being a part of a dying bread of gentleman! (They still ouch here 😉 )

Shawn changed out my headlights on my Yukon w/o me asking when I came in to buy a basic lamp which was very kind and wonderful of him. Oriellys hired a wonderful worker. Thank you Shawn for your help.

I love this place. So I recently bought an oil filter and the guy gave my the wrong type. Oil spilled all over my driveway. Not only did they correct the problem they also sent a worker to come help clean the oil spill. Accidents happen but they were willing to fix the problem.

On a cold night, I found out I had a dead battery. I chose to buy the battery and change it out while following a Youtube video. I ran into a glitch and Steven was generous enough to come out and give me a hand to finish it up. I give a big Thanks to Steven and the staff for holding down the fort. Grateful to have an O'Reilly's store nearby as they gained a new customer.

Oil light came on! Went in and was served immediately. Very insightful young man. Appreciated it!
