I was late picking up my to go order, and noticed the manager telling the counter staff they needed to watch the counter better. But it was not their fault I was late. The manager quickly found my order, and out the door I went!

McDonald's in Siloam Springs is a good place to get lunch, drink, and be sure to use McDonald's App for specials , which sure helps you stretch your money using this app. (UPDATE: If you want water to drink here, it will cost you 10 cents for the cup, I know this is petty, but it seems that McDonald's in Northwest Arkansas is more interested in making money anyway they can , this McDonald's you can't refill your drinks either !!)

I had the hotcakes with sausage which were great I came home and put creme brulee on top and man oh man without a doubt the best hotcakes EVER!!!!!

The guy at the window misheard my order so I ended up with 2 happy meals and 2 extra sodas....so I needed a refund for one happy meal and 2 sodas. The manager Terri came out and was polite and helpful. She handled the issue professionally. She asked about what went wrong and why! I was very impressed! She seemed to actually care about what went wrong! Definitely going back!!

OMG, This is by far the best Mc Donald's in the Country! I visited this restaurant at 10:00 on a Friday night. I bought two regular hamburgers, a double quarter pounder, two large fries, apple pies and drinks. There were about a dozen cars in the drive thru when I walked in. My order was ready almost as soon as I finished fixing the drinks. My thoughts about this quick service was wrong. I had to have visited the Twilight Zone. Everything was Perfectly made and all the cars that were in the drive thru were gone. Amazing!

They got my large order completely correct on the first try. I was truly shocked. The girls in the drive thru were also friendly and didn't look like they hated their job.

This McDonalds was in Salome Springs Ak and had walk up kiosks to order!! Just scroll..pick..order and food brought to your table..nifty. Nothing like a hot fries and shake late at night to quell those munchies..or like me.. on the last leg of a trip to see family..and a hot apple pie as you drive down the road.

Top notch manager skills to the manager working tonight. Debit machine went down after a few of us placed our orders. She comped them for the inconvenience. She could have easily told us sorry, but didn't. Good job!

McD was cash only today which was a bummer and I made the mistake of not adding up the price before we got to the window. All I had was 10 bucks so we had to take the drink off of our order. They gave it to us anyway! Just what I needed to cheer me up!

My wife picks up a coffee at least once a week there. She knows most employees by name or face.
