I’m sad that I didn’t have time or appetite to try the homemade soup, but looks delicious. They also offer frozen homemade dinners to go for when you don’t want to cook or if you’re a solo dinner maker!!

This is one of those places that you pass many many times and then want to jump off a cliff because you should had tried it sooner. Food for royalty is the best way to describe it. The food is just amazing and that homemade bread with sweet cream butter is something you want to be buried with to take with you. You have got to stop and try something on your way through Kansas, Ok. I had the Chicken and Dumpling special for lunch and a triple cheese grilled sandwich, both were 6/5 stars and makes me want to drive over an hour to go back for dinner. Looking forward to going again later this week.

Service was great. Food was delicious. Wifey had cheddar broccoli soup and it was exceptional. I had the CREATE YOUR OWN SANDWICH-smoked turkey meat, with smoked cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato on FRESH HOMEMADE WHEAT BREAD they bake in the store. DELICIOUS AND EVERYTHING IS SOOOOOO FRESH!
Drove in from a 2hr. distance but will definitely return.

OMG, I had the wonderful opportunity to stop by here yesterday. Due to my boss and i having to drop off a car over there. I live about an hour and a half away. So the likes of me ever eating here would have never been. But, he said he loved this place and that he supports small businesses. So we each order a sandwich and let me tell you. Between fresh home cooked bread, the sandwichs being made fresh right there, customer service, everything. I have to say it was one of the absolute best sandwiches my teeth sunk into. Cheese was all melted. Turkey wasn't overpowering taste it wasn't smothered in sauce it was absolutely perfect. So if you are ever in this area 10 out of 10 recommend it. Th a nk you and wish them all the success ever.

OH MY GOSH! We were just passing through town on our way to Holiday Island, and decided to pop into this great little place. Alex got a cold sandwich, and I got thr best darn grilled turkey and Swiss sandwich I have EVER had! They make their own bread and it was amazeballs! They even sell homemade frozen meals to go, so of course we brought some meatballs and a loaf of bread to our airbnb. Can't wait to try those meatballs tomorrow! Thank you for a wonderful surprise!

Our chicken salad sandwich and chicken with smoked bacon cheese sandwich were amazing! The fresh bread stayed soft and didn't get soggy, even when half of the sandwiches had to be saved for later. We'll definitely be returning often.

I went to visit Natural Falls State Park and found this gem of a restaurant by chance. I had a chefs salad, my wife had the chicken salad sandwich on fresh baked bread. Both were very tasty and fresh. We got a piece of Dutch apple pie and cherry cheese cake to take with us.
Both were very good. The staff made us feel like friends. We will be back!

What a great little restaurant in a most unlikely location. If passing thru, you really should stop and enjoy some great soup and sandwiches. On Friday nights they usually have a 'special' that is good too.

I had the best grilled roast beef sandwich with smoked cheddar, and all the fixings with horseradish sauce! It was so good that I decided to take home two frozen ready to cook meals. We cooked lasagna tonight for dinner and saved the chicken enchiladas for tomorrow! It was such a big help tonight since we didnt have much time. I hope to do the same next week!

The food was excellent, it was fresh. The buns for my burger are homemade and the okra was fresh also. The prices are fair, the staff is friendly and it's clean.

I know God guides my path & I know for sure the day I went here, was a day God hath made. Great place, great people, great food. Ice cream, pie, sandwiches, etc. The best 1/2 slice of coconut cream pie I've ever eaten!!! Also free community library cart & lunch specials. Pleasant atmosphere and clean restrooms. Steady flow if customers while I was there also. I definitely hope to get back in there, God willing 💕

Such a gem of a place! The broccoli cheese soup was amazing! The toasted roast beef sandwich with smoked cheddar on homemade bread was delicious! I didn't have any dessert but the selection is wonderful and very tempting.

Great homemade bread! It’s so nice to have a place like this in a small town. Better than having just a regular fast food chain. So glad there’s been enough local support for them to stay open. Kind folks and good food. They also have meals you can take home, and pies and ice cream for dessert. Don’t miss it!

The food is fantastic and the service is great. I hated to be one of those that showed up 10 minutes to close and order, and I did just that. The staff was very welcoming and took my order. sorry y'all I showed up at the end of the day, but thank you very much for the great service and food.

Oh my goodness! I was in for the first time recently and let me just say the food was amazing! The atmosphere was great and the music was great too! Hands down the best grilled cheese and potato soup! I will definitely be back!
