I stopped in to get a couple pairs of sneakers it was my 1st time visiting the store I was greeted and welcomed immediately! I was mesmerized by all of the items they sell! The store setup is on point! They have so many choices of things you're looking for and even things you aren't looking for! They have most if not all sizes you're looking for as far as sneakers ect. This is my go-to store when I'm searching for a new pair of sneakers or simply a t-shirt. 5 🌟' s by far!!!! If you haven't stopped at DTLR you should! Prices are reasonable with a wide selection. Great knowledgeable customer service!!

When you walk in this store..🤔 The only word I could think of would be impressive! They have so many choices! This is a store you want to stop at!! If you are looking for something different this is the place!!

I stopped by today to shop, I came across a pair of sneakers that were cute, they were clearly out for sale on top shelf in women’s department, I asked the clerk if this was the only size left, She responded that the shoe I was holding was the smallest and the price on it was wrong, I told her that if something is put out for a customer to purchase, the price that they display on it was the price that I or whomever inquired about the shoe should have to pay, She says well my manager said the most we can take off is $10.., ( No Manager in site nor did she speak to anyone at the moment) The audacity that she has the nerve to even state something like that, Ghetto and Unprofessional of her and her manager, if that’s what the manager is having her say to the public, Why have something out for sale and tell customers the price is wrong, I didn’t put a sale price on the shoes, needless to say the size I wanted they supposedly didn’t have after I responded well I want it at that sale price… I wish I knew who to report them to, making up prices as they go so be aware… We as Consumers have rights!!

This location needs a whole new team hire . Customer service is horrible !

Staff is stealing inventory for sure a lot of sizes and style of shoes and clothes missing don’t expect to come in and buy what is needed a lot of things are missing
