AT&T Store

Great customer service from Slater and the other gentleman working at this store. Came in got me a great promotion on my trade in, activated my new phone, and got all my stuff moved. I’m really happy with how everything went.

Anthony Brunetti Was GREAT. I had T-Mobile for 7 years and went in to get a quote just for the heck for it. Anthony Built me a quote and showed me I was over paying at T-Mobile this whole time. He seemed very knowledgeable so I trusted his word and sure enough I got my first bill and his quote was almost the EXACT amount he quoted me at. I went back in the month after to give him my business because I wanted AirPods. He offered me to put it on installments and now I only pay $20 a month for them for a year! I didn’t even know you could do that! As long as Anthony is at this store, this is where I will go for future phone inquiries from now on. - Mike

I came in on 10/27 with a seemingly broken phone and little clue what to do with it. Miguel greeted me and assessed my situation with excellent customer service. After discussing potential options with equally impressive co-worker, Manny, they gave me several options for how to proceed. Manny sat me down and ran me through the different packages, price points and ways I could get the most value out of my situation. In the past, I felt seriously swindled when dealing with ATNT. I ended up walking out with new AirPods, an iPhone 14 in the mail, and a wallet that was not sad. These stand up fellas made me a happy customer! Additionally, it’s important to note that I did not get this special treatment because I came when the store was dead. I watched both Manny and Miguel serve 5~ customers while helping me, switching between Spanish and English the entire time. Give my dudes a bonus!

Great experience at this store! Went in to get a new iPhone and the sales rep Noah S did a great job breaking down the features and pricing for me! He also got me to sign up for AT&T TV. I was amazed when he told me how much I’ll be saving from my cable provider. I signed up for 14 day free trial and absolutely loved it! I’m definitely going to keep it now!

If your look for great and fast service come to this store. Noah is amazing. I came in the store 2 mins before closing time hoping I can still get help. Noah could’ve turned me away but instead he was understanding and helped me add another line to my service. Communication skills were great. He explained everything as he set up my account. Literally the fastest service I’ve ever received. He had me out of the store in less than 7 mins with a new phone 🤯🤩 Noah you are an amazing employee and thank you for your service!

Noah, Andrew, and David were excellent! I have my own start up business and was looking for a cellular provider that was going to be able to cater to my needs, these gentlemen were more than happy to help and assist! Couldn't have had a better experience. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a premier experience!

Noah did an outstanding job of being helpful, patient, and kind. Seems to have a good working relationship with his manager, Andrew. Together, they answered all my questions. I would recommend this store and it’s nice to see teams work well together.

I had an awesome experience today at the AT&T in Cranston with Aimee. She was amazing to work with. Before I had horrible experiences at this store and I had over 2 years since the last time I went in because of the previous employees. Aimee helped me add another line and explained every detail of the process. She’s really friendly and easy to talk to. I definitely recommend going to Aimee. Thank you for everything Aimee!

My boyfriend and I visited the At&t store in Cranston to both set up first net accounts and purchase a new iPhone (not an easy agenda) and we had the grand pleasure of meeting Noah. He was EXCELLENT. Not only was he by far the most knowledgeable At&t retailer I have ever met but he was extremely friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be helping us out. It is not everyday that you meet someone who seems to love their job and be very good at it. We will always come back to this At&t store for service and I hope we have the fortune of meeting Noah again. He gave us so many tips and cost saving recommendations. Highly recommend seeking out his service !! You will not be disappointed. We certainly had not expected our trip to At&t to be such a pleasant experience.

I visited Cranston for a complicated issue and it was resolved super quick. I had a great experience and I was even told a way to save me money on my cable bill!!! Hopefully they can get my eligibility worked out so I can get it installed. I really loved how Andy (the manager) was present and empowered the reps to fix my problem!

Excellent experience dealing with Rabigar! Great customer service went above and beyond helping me with a billing issue. Also helped order a new Apple Watch! Very knowledgeable and will definitely recommend!

I went into the store with my family and the people were so kind. I have tablet which was really easy to switch them and the wifi is much faster because in my room the wifi is terrible but now the new tablet doesn't load as much as the old one. Also the camera is better one than my other one. The rest of my family got new phones and didn't have to change their number as I thought they would. Switching also saved my parents money. Andrew, Noah, and David were very helpful and the store was closed and they didn't make us leave. Also Andrew is funny, they did extra work for the new phones like to clean them. and I learned about Ninga Wariors which is a cool show show. I would definitely recommend this store.

I went to this store to upgrade my daughter’s phone and to switch my iPhone 6s to her now hand me down iPhone 8 Plus. Artenio spent a lot of time with us and answered all on my questions. We were not rushed at all. Great customer service Artenio!

He helped me with the trouble I was having with my phone in such a way to show how well he knows at&t phones. He did not rush us at all!
