Visit was outstanding today. The Staff was pretty impressive with their very fast service.

It's clean, Music was a little loud if you are coming here to work, and it was cold inside. But they gave us free lemonade shots...

Amazingly clean, tidy, and accommodating, this Starbucks is definitely one of the nicer locations that I’ve seen in my travels. There is ample steering space (some of which is currently blocked for Covid safety), clean bathrooms, friendly baristas, enough car space for over a dozen drive-thru cars at a time, and even a walk-up pickup window! Some of this is a given, considering this location just opened in the past week, but it’s refreshing to see a Starbucks that epitomizes the quality the brand strives to deliver.

Excellent service. Asked for a random iced drink. Wasn’t charged in case I didn’t like it and the drink was exquisite. Didn’t catch their name

Went to get a coffee this morning and had the pleasure of having Kay as my barista, she was so kind and made my morning just that much better. She deserves some appreciation because this was hands down, the MOST positive experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks!

I placed a larger mobile order today and it was ready so fast! I ordered a few drinks and food. When I got there to pick it up, someone helped me and went over the whole order just to make sure I had everything! The staff was so friendly and nice! 10/10 recommend!!! A great Starbucks location not just because of how nice, clean and new it is but because of amazing customer service.

I used their drive-thru twice while I was visiting Salem. Great customer service, amazing staff.

Rest room were clean and also dinning area.Thought the prices were to high food and coffee.

Calm and relaxing atmosphere, good place to get work done, staff is quick and friendly.

The staff here are always super sweet and quick. Drinks are consistent every time unlike Dunkin. Nobody really knows this location is open yet so there’s barely ever a line.

Go here almost every morning before work very nice staff and very fast working almost never have to wait in a line !

This Starbucks is always clean. I get what I ask for and if there is something wrong, they fix the issue. Each employee is cheerful and attentive. I have never witnessed any negativity here. Cold brews have refills.
