This is the best place in town for quality dog food. Our dog Steffi is sensitive and has a lot of allergies, so we have to be very careful of what we buy. This is our go-to store. I was there on New Year day to give her our dog a bath. The stalls are awesome for dog cleaning. There are straps, and they provide shampoo and conditioner as well as a doggy blow drier. She does not love it. However, we were able to get it done. It was only $14, money well spent.

The staff has always been so helpful and kind. The doggie bath area is clean and I like the selection of shampoos.

Clerks & floor personnel are always friendly & helpful. Unbelievable variety of dog & cat wet/dry food (toys & treats too!) and many cat litter options to chose from. AND working with the APL to find fur-ever homes for the cats & kittens …. a Wonderful idea!

Everyone here was fantastic! We brought our German shepherd puppy into the store to pick out some stuff for her as well as get in some socialization and training in public and the employees were very helpful with all our questions as well as recommending good toys and treats. They were very respectful of our puppy’s personal space and she had a great first public experience!

Great new store in Ashtabula, in the old PetValu store front. Clerk mentioned they will be expanding the store soon. UPDATE: the store has expanded,their selection of dog food. The dog wash is an excellent value. They provide you with shampoo towels a apron so you don't get soaked and a dryer.
