BEST T-MOBILE STORE AND EMPLOYEES!!! I’d give more than 5 stars if I could. Israel was amazing with his knowledge of the service plans and promotions, and he was also so helpful and informative. There were so many promotions to keep track of, yet he knew them all like a pro, which was also very impressive. We will be T-Mobile customers for life, not just because of the great deals this company offers, but also due to the customer service and knowledge coming out of this store! I’ve never seen anything like it with any other cell phone provider. I will be referring everyone I know to this store, especially Israel. Thank you for your attention to detail, patience, and expert knowledge! We’re grateful for all of your help and expertise, Happy Holidays!

Kurt … all of the staff were so nice and hooked me up with a lot of services for my phone lines ! I’m excited to be finally be with T-Mobile and the service here in Antioch was wonderful and very helpful with all of my questions and they all went above and beyond to help me !

First off, if you're looking for good customer care your best bet is to go to the Antioch location off 173. Round Lake, Spring Grove, and Fox Lake have continually let me down in the past which is what led me to make this store my permanent go to. The staff has always been helpful, patient, and courteous along with having the knowledge on products in order to best serve you and find the phone that fits your needs. Israel and Dylan took their time while talking to me on the phone before I came in, and the same when I did come in. I am extremely happy with the purchase I made, feeling 100% confident in my decision to switch from Android to Apple. The store is clean and always in order, I recommend this location based on all of these factors above, no doubt about it!

The employees at this location are amazing! My family and I have been in multiple times the last few weeks as we’re switching providers from AT&T. We’ve worked with at least four different people and each time was a breeze! Kurt was great at explaining all the different options that were available to us and how to go about getting the best deals. Israel was amazing when we came in tonight to transfer our phone numbers and data. He was through and very patient as we had four different phones to switch over. I would highly recommend requesting to work with Israel! I just hope the service is as good as their customer service!

I went in today with my dad to trade in his phone to upgrade and had a lovely experience! Israel the store manager and hunter we’re a great help and made everything very understanding and also didn’t make me dread going to the phone store 🤣 go t-mobile in Antioch!!

So I walked in here with the most nicest greet ever and even ask me how my day we had a whole conversation about because I had harsh day and I came in just to change my screen protector and came with 2 new lines!!!!!

Isabel and Isreal are the best team duo ever! They are incredibly knowledgeable and helped me clearly understand about upgrading my phone from Sprint to Tmobile. I asked all the questions I had and they were more then happy to help answer and break it down on paper for me so I could visually see the numbers of what I’m truly paying for. Thats all I could ever ask for! Is for someone to help me understand and be excited and proud to do it. They are great! Truly. The best phone service employees I have ever encountered.

I happened to stop in to the T-Mobile store near the Antioch Walmart and was greeted by Bill and Kurt. I have never had a better experience anywhere else I've gone for cell phone related purposes. They were nothing but respectful and did not talk to me like I was an idiot, like some stores tend to do. When I left the store I also left with a phenomenal package for my home Wi-Fi. The prices and equipment are nothing but amazing. But, I would have to say the best part of it all was the amazing customer service I got from these guys. If you're looking for new phone services, a new phone, or Wi-Fi at home which by the way you can also travel with, I would definitely recommend going to the T-Mobile store near the Antioch Walmart. I would not recommend going to the store by Piggly Wiggly because you will not get the same amazing Services I got today. I will recommend the store to anybody and everybody and I will definitely be back there!!

Everything. The service was impeccable and samantha saved a potentially cruddy situation and gave me a fantastic deal. Would highly recommend this store if your planning on switching or starting your service with sprint. The other rep Giovanni was a great guy to talk to and helped make us feel comfortable and was able to teach me some things about my new phones. 11/10 would sprint again.

Drew and Sam were unbelievably helpful. They know their business, they know how to fit a plan to exactly what you are looking for and will find you the best price possible. I know going in that it takes quite a while to purchase and set up a new phone and they made it fun with their light-hearted attitudes. (While continuing to be professional!)

The service, personality, held and everything was absolutely terrific. Drew, Dani, Robert and Gio were beyond helpful and because of their help we upgraded 2 phones and purchased a tablet. They were very helpful with questions and explaining everything that was needed. I highly recommend coming to this sprint location!!
