It’s 1/12/2024 “Snowpacolypse”
I leave work an notice that my wiper has a jam. So I try to clear it. The whole blade just came off. I blindly crossed the street to Autozone. This gentleman, sorry I did Not get his name, he has curly brown hair, immediately helped me. He found the wiper blade I needed, hit with me a discount and changed my blade. I tried to tip him, but he said no. He was awesome and he deserves a raise! In this weather, he went above and beyond!

They were friendly and helpful! They couldn't take the battery because it was leaking but they let me wash my hands.

Great place for auto parts. The man who helped me was incredible and exhibited great professionalism. Plus he is rall and cute.

John Ross helped install a battery into my ford edge. He was a very nice guy and very knowledgeable. I was very pleased by the service great job John and Auto Zone team!

-Re/Zachary- i'm good at figuring things out but not a mechanic by nature. Been having power train issues for 3-days and can't even get my mechanic to call me back. Barely made it into AutoZone, went in and explained my issues to Zachary. He was very good at identifying the problem, ran a scan on my vehicle and turned out to be the throttle body injector. He was quick to recommend a product, how to use it and the results I could expect. Zachary even lent me the tools and parking lot to fix my dilemma. My review is not solely about the diagnosis, it's more about how he carried and conducted himself. It has been a very long time since Ive seen someone act respectful and professional. I was taken far back to the time I could even remember when young men acted like respectful men and not like today's street thugs. Overall it was an excellent visit and by far one to remember. I will be back based on today's experience.

I really appreciate my local Auto Zone. I’ve never came in and not gotten what I needed. The guys behind the counter are always super nice and assist me when asked. Never a long line when I go. I also appreciate the later operatioyhours.

The sales guy was good and helpful. He changed my blinker light bulb and put a battery In my key to the car. He did s good job. I heard each and every one that he helped give him a shout out. Thank you young man. He had a good attitude. I will return

Picked up my online order of all 4 brakes and rotors, cashier was friendly and helpful. He went through my order quick and noticed I had some extra hardware and let me return it since it came with the pads.

Great Daniel helped me out. I need some hosing and hose clamps for transmission line. He worked with me until we had the best we could get. The project went back together with no problem. Thanks Daniel.

Everybody I've interacted with has been very helpful. They've always had the parts I need in-stock. I purchase parts and use their loan-a tool program quite frequently. It's pretty awesome not to have to purchase a $100 tool I'll only use once.

I own a 14 bays shop in Sterling Heights and I get all my parts from this location! Norm the store manger and his staff are great and they would go out of their way to make anything happen and make sure to get the parts even if they didn’t have it in stock! I really appreciate you guys and I’m so happy to finally find the right place I can get all my parts from.

Excellent customer service, they went above and beyond to replace my SUV's battery. My battery was totally dead and could not even jump start. They tried 3 different jump starters but I couldn't start my vehicle, then they tried jump starting with their personal vehicle, that didn't work either. Even though they only sell batteries and do not replace them at the shop they went above and beyond to replace the battery. I appreciate them for doing that, I would recommend my friends to go to AutoZone.

When I walked into AutoZone, there was a long line, which worried me because I was in a hurry, but they split the line in two and quickly took care of the people ahead of me. I needed to check why my engine light was on. I'm very thankful for that service because it gives me peace of mind when the only reason for the light is that my gas cap is open. Also, they always go out to your car with you to make sure you put whatever you bought on right.

Great AutoZone, and I have been to alot all over this state and others. Very helpful and friendly. Never have me a hard time about returning rental tools or making sure I have all my parts. Everyone there is very helpful
