My husband car broke down tonight in front of this store. I believed it was the manager. Who was really understanding and professional, helped out us by letting the car sit there over night and get the part we ordered to fix it. Definitely will return thank u

Bought some details spray 2 for $7.00. When I went to check out it for sure did not ring that price. The brand was "Chemical guys" so I was like wow what a great buy. I made sure they were in the correct place so no price confusion. The guy at the counter made it right and sold me them at advertised shelf price.

I have always had a great experience here, even 15 years ago the guys would come out to look at my vehicle to help make sure I was getting the right part needed & after buying without asking would offer to change my lights & batteries or whatever thing that was a simple fix. As a girl it was nice that they offered to do it so I wouldn't have to find a man to do it for me or pay a man for it. I have always offered to tip the employees & they would never take my money even if they weren't allowed to accept I would still try to make them & wouldn't take. Any part I needed was always the one for that vehicle & would never be pushy to buy an item I didn't need. I will always go to this 1 particular location.

I've never had an issue getting any part I need for my vehicles, and even if i end up with ther wrong part, returns are easy. Almost everything you could need for your vehicle. If they don't have it, chances are they can order it for the next day or 2.

I've always gone to advance auto parts for all my auto needs whether it's brakes or car wax or touch up paint even batteries and high end upgrades for most vehicles. There is only 1 guy there that hasn't learned everything he needs and he will. The prices are always competitive and the staff have an understanding of vehicle maintenance and service that is like speaking to an ASE certified mechanic.

They were amazing on helping me out to get my car fixed. The serpente belt broke where the battery in the car wasnt charging anymore and you only had what juice was left in it to go. Coming from oakland.takinf my pap to clarksburgh to the VA.Thank goodness we made it to his appointment and then i was able to barely make it to advance. The employee's were very nice and tried to guide and help me out as much as they possibly could.we got the car fixed up and was able to make it back home.I can't thank the gentlemen enough that helped me out that day.

I got a great deal last night when I called n just went n picked up my parts quick n easy. The store's clean n the guys are very nice!!
