The attendants here give great service. I honestly know absolutely nothing about vehicles especially my truck LOL I went in and said what I thought I needed and they helped me find the best and knew exactly what I was talking about even when I didn't. I give this five stars LOL

Janna was absolutely a wonderful soul and joy to talk to, she didn't know where everything I needed was but her amazing spirit made up for it. The place was all nice and clean and well organized. Kai chimed in and was hilarious joining in on the conversation, Seth was the one who pointed me in the right direction on what I was getting. I had a picture because my fiance wasn't with me I wasn't even sure myself on what exactly what I needed. He sent me pictures, but I ended up with everything and it was an over all great experience.

John was really helpful with me when I needed help looking for washer fluid, he helped me pick the best one they had. And even put it in my car because I didn’t know how. Really great guy 10/10 recommend John when you go to the store!! All around very sweet caring man.

The customer service at this store is outstanding. My vehicle is back in working order due to the managers efforts. Can't thank him enough.

I am temporarily living in West Virginia and had never been to the Clarksburg store before.

I do a lot of traveling and my windshield wipers were shot.
I told the young man behind the counter that I wanted decent wipers that were not the cheapest, but not the most expensive either.

Not only did he recommend a set, he put them on for me. After I left I looked them up. They're Bosch blades, have good solid reviews, and they were neither the cheapest nor the most expensive. Exactly what I requested.

I am very happy with the service at this AutoZone. As long as I'm in WV, I will definitely go back.

The manager of this store goes above and beyond to help his customers, he looked everywhere for 3 days to find a part for us until he found it, ive never had anyone from any other store with anywhere near the decication for there customers.

Alex Morgan was so polite ,and patient with me as he helped me with replacing my light.

They typically have what I need on hand especially in comparison to most other automotive locations. Plus pound for pound their prices tend to be better than the competition. Typically if I do find a cheaper item then the quality is not on par.

Very friendly staff and manager, and very helpful. Wes helped me find a leak in my break line and add fluid to my vehicle. I could have had a serious accident if I hadn’t known about it.

They are awesome, on 2 separate occasions they helped me replace blown bulbs. Very nice and very professional.

Sharing my experience at Auto Zone in Clarksburg W.V….I went in to buy a low beam headlight and was taken care of by Mike C.!! Not only did he assist me with the purchase but offered to replace it for me!!! This will now be my permanent store for all of my cars purchases!!! This level of customer service is unheard of nowadays !!! Thank you Auto Zone and Mike C.! Going further , I will also recommend this store to anyone that asks !

It's a clean environment and the staff knowledgeable about where everything is located in the store. The staff is nice and they do a great job to make it kid friendly. At the same time it is a professional based location. The only place I go to get parts for any vehicle I work on, and I will continue to go to this location over any other place. The staff is not afraid of getting outside to help customers and dont mind getting their hands dirty

I've gone to Auto Zone since I was old enough to drive in Houston. I'm changing this review because the new staff is incredible. They went above and beyond installing a new battery and terminals. Rick changed my battery and he was fun and friendly and too excellent care of me. The whole staff was great though. I interacted with 4 of them while I was there and they have won back my business!!

Was there yesterday, needed a car battery, the employee that waited on me was super cool. Helpful and knowledgeable. Took great care of me and was in and out quickly. Highly recommend this store.
