Alexis was really helpful and fast today, taking care of my SIM card issue and making sure it wouldn’t happen again. She was also great with my daughter (who never meets a stranger) and was super friendly. I’ll make sure to come back to THIS store in the future because the other stores in town are slow despite being more staffed. I hope Alexis is there next time.

I visited the store on Monday before closing. Alexis with Kim delivered an excellent customer service. They helped us with an IPhone upgrade, stayed late helping us. Today Friday 15th went back again and Kim provided excellent service once again. Loved this store make us feel valued. Thank you T-Mobile !!

From my past experiences with Verizon and sprint stores. This T mobile store amazed me 100%. Sean helped me From the time I walked in. Greeted me like a family friend, had Answers for every question I had. Went above and beyond to help me with my phone setup, showed me how to use the tmobile apps. To even getting me internet when other carriers could not. Internet is amazing by the way!. I even take it over to friends houses to see if they got good signal before I tell them how awsome it is. But also when I was there at t mobile, the customers that came in, always had something positive to say about the internet. Phones. And the t mobile employees. Sean said " see I don't have to say or sell anything to anyone. the customers do it for us" . And the other t mobile guy "mike" I believe was his name. said "nothing makes him more happier then to be able to give out internet to everyone. He said when they leave,they look like a kid in a candy store". I could not have had a better experience at that store. I want to say thank you for everything. You have made us happy. And my kids say thank you for the internet!

I went in to T-Mobile to get an update and Kimberly was so friendly and sweet and had a welcoming smile. She was was quick and efficient.

My husband and I had a few things that we needed changed on our account plus he wanted to upgrade his phone. We first went to the TMobile headquarters store on South Loudoun Street. The guy did not want to help us at all, he kept saying he couldn't do what we needed done. So feeling frustrated,
we decided to go to a different store. When we walked in, Sean greeted us and asked what we needed. He was extremely helpful. He had to call support and deal with them, but finally was able to get my husband his upgrade, change our plan to give us a discount, and did it all with a smile! We will be seeking out Sean if we ever need something done again and will be avoiding the S. Loudoun store! Thanks, Sean!

I went into T-mobile simply for help with a bill mix up, Kimberly and Amber were so amazing and helped me out and pointed me in the right to get the issue solved. Will definitely be going back to this store when I decide to upgrade my phone in the future. Thanks so much ladies!

Every time I go into this store, all the employees are smiling, friendly, and so helpful. It is refreshing to be treated like you matter. Nathaniel went above and beyond to ensure I got exactly what I needed. Highly recommend this particular store and Nathaniel as your go to!

I went into this store to inquire about an upgrade and adding a new line to my service. Kimberly was super friendly and willing to answer all of my questions. I left feeling very informed and appreciated as a customer. I will definitely be seeking her out when I return to follow thru with my additional services.

I came in with an issue with my bill and Kim was so helpful, knowledgeable and super friendly. She got my issue taken care of and let me know I was eligible for an upgrade. She really went above and beyond for me. I fully recommend this location!!

As a senior citizen, I dealt with Shawn today and Wow, he was terrific. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and such a pleasure to work with. He got us all set up with the best plans possible for our situation and I could not be happier that I transferred from my old carrier to T-Mobile. Thank You, Shawn! I highly recommend him!!!

I believe his name was Sean or Shawn idk how to spell it but he was very helpful last week for me when I couldn’t get into my iPhone it took almost 2 hours but he was patient and kind the entire time , had a good talk with him while I was there also definitely recommend this T-Mobile over the others I have been to

I have been to 3 different T-Mobiles to try to do data transfer with my broken Samsung. Alexis did not give up on me and got my phone running doing the transfer. I will only come back to this store!!
