McDonald's

Took the kids for a walk to McDonald's. It was clean and the staff is always pleasant. There is currently some construction on 5th ave but don't let that stop you from visiting. I love the new renovations.

Service was terrible. They took a very long time. Plus, they forgot to give us a meal. Fries and nuggets we’re just down in the bag.

It's McDonald's. The food is what you expect and service usually the same. What makes this McDonald's different is the hours. I don't know how many times a long stay in the st. E's er waiting room has passed dinner and we are starving. The food is hot and what is desperately needed. Bless this McDonald's.

I have been here several times for Door Dash orders. Most of the time orders are ready. Very rarely there is a small wait. Restaurant has been very nice and clean everytime I have been here. Staff has been fast, efficient and majority of the time friendly. Thank you so very much. Please keep up the great work and please don't ever change. God Bless 💗🙏💗

I previously gave this location 3 stars but today I'm changing it to 5! The young lady at the first window was the epitome of customer service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ She was polite, funny, and I left feeling like I had a genuinely positive experience with a stranger. This is the type of service and personality that will keep people coming back! Just for reference this was around 4:45pm on 10/12/2022

Can't go wrong with a flayo fish

Lady gave me free cookies and 1 🍟 frie just because she knew i couldn't get anything but ice water. I was really sad but God always comes through and never forgets me!!!!

It has gone hi-tech. They have touch screens now where you place your order and swipe your card. I think this will remove the need for cashiers. It was clean and I received my food in a decent amount of time. The parking is terrible.

I used to work at this McDonald's way back in December of 1987 when it was first built until 1999. While I was there, ownership changed several times, as did the people who worked there and the equipment and procedures for operating the restaurant. I made some nice friends and have a lot of fun and fond memories. A lot has changed in the building itself and no doubt the people who work there. For instance, that road sign way up on that pedestal in the front RIGHT corner of the lot used to be on that little brick structure on the front LEFT corner of the lot at eye level. AND... It is just entirely possible, that the people I used to work with, high school students mostly, now have children of their own who are of the age where they just might be beginning their journeys through a career of their own with this same McDonald's as their launching pad. I hope to visit this place again soon, just to see what changes have taken place INSIDE the building.
I can't really comment on the food or service simply because I haven't been back to this place for several years ( the last time I was in Ohio ), but I'm giving it 5 stars just because it seems like the best way to honor everyone that has ever worked there in the almost 29 years it has been in operation.

I visit this store several times a week and I rank them in top 3 McDonald's in my life!

This McDonald's is conveniently located Downtown Youngstown across the street from the Youngstown State University's Stadium. This has always been my favorite McDonald's in Youngstown, the food is always fresh including the fries which seems to be a rarity these days. The restaurant is always clean and the management evidently has a knack for hiring friendly and professional staff members unlike some other local McDonald's in our area whose management has a strong knack for hiring rude and incompetent employees. Its definitely hard to find good employees these days but if you want to find some go to this McDonald's and enjoy a fresh and hot fast food meal.

With the YSU campus a block away, this place is one of the trendiest McDonald's I've seen. Plus their food is always piping hot and fresh. Quick crew, good grub, and nice ambiance for what it is.

I love McDonald's at this location, the people are so nice and respectful, i haven't had a bad time yet

I normally use the drive thru and the employees are always friendly. It is also the most efficient and quick one every time. Never have to wait in a long slow line.

It's the best McDonald's around from Boardman to Austintown to Youngstown. Always fast and always and I mean always fresh. Milkshake machine ain't never down like all the other ones I go to. Overall just good fast service and hot fresh food.

Best McDonald's I've ever been to! Always kind, timely, and correct orders. This is my go-to location. Their ice cream machine even works!

Ive gone to this McDonalds once or twice a week for the past two years, and not once have the messed up any of my orders. Their ice cream machine is always operational too! Great McDonald’s!
