I think it’s common for most people to dread going to the post office. This place will only make you leave happier than you entered. Ms La Quetta helped us with our baby’s passport. She was so kind and understanding when we left some of our paperwork at home. She was so sweet to our baby and made us laugh a lot. Such a joy to be around. If we have to mail or ship, this is the place to go.

I found this post office to be very clean and nicely run. The parking area was easy to navigate with ample spaces. The staff was very helpful and even gave me tips on saving some money next time with some flat-rate shipping boxes. I also used the passport office. Just walk in and take a number (there might be some forms there also if you didn't print any off the website). If you make an appointment online, they call your name out in between each number called. I found the passport staff to be extremely friendly. You can arrive before the passport office opens and take a number. There are school-type desks to sit at. They do pictures there for $15.

My review is about their passports center and it was amazing. we went for my 5 months old baby's passport application and the lady there was so nice and kind and before us someone entered but when she saw us with a baby she requested them if she can give a priority to baby's application which we didn't ask!! those people were also very kind and they allowed us to go first. Entire process took hardly 10 minutes to submit the application and she explained all details 2 times just if we missed anything first time. we had a very warm treatment and felt awesome to choose this center. They are open on saturday also for full day which helps working people who dont have to take offf in regular day!

They have a Passport walkins in a dedicated building with waiting lobby until 5pm (no appointments needed). For some reason the usps website does not mentions or advertise this wonderful facility. This is some thing they should fix. Instead people are forced to look for appointments in local post office which usually don't have lot of appointments.

One of the best post offices I have visited. I have been a po box holder on and off here for almost 20 years

Friendliest post office experience I’ve had in any state. She gave me great advice and saved me a lot of money yo ship internationally, and even gave my daughter a coloring book!

Anyone I've interacted with at Kilmer has been courteous and professional. Really appreciate that it's so close to the office.

I went there for my Daughter passport. They are really great and helpful. One Asian lady helped me. She is really helped me.

Very good customer service and polite staff. We went for passport renewals and the process was very organized.

Went at 11am on a weekday. There was no line, the employee was really friendly and helpful, and there were plenty of shipping supplies available.

This post office was very clean, and organized it was very busy in there but the line moved by very quickly and there customer service was by far the best ive ever recieved from any other post office

The ladies at the front desk were so helpful and kind.
