I had a great experience at The Home Depot in Liberty. The store was clean, well-stocked, and easy to navigate. The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They helped me find everything I needed for my DIY project and gave me some useful tips. I also liked the variety of services they offer, such as tool and truck rental, curbside pickup, and free delivery. They also have a garden center with healthy plants and a kitchen showroom with beautiful designs. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for home improvement products and services. Very friendly employees willing to help and showing initiative asking if they can be of service. Their knowledge of the products they have, the location of items in the store along with experience and information on better or more cost effective solutions makes for a pleasurable shopping experience. Everyone was very nice and super helpful helping us pick out the tree that we wanted. We ended up taking a floor model and they offered us 10% off. I would recommend that store to Future customers.

Good friendly service. Always use their mobile web page/app for floor plans as I haven't seen them with the same one twice. Also it's helpful so you know what store currently has something you need in stock, what aisle it's in, etc.

While the store itself is great and it was easy to find what I needed and move on, the store's location is nearby one of the worst intersections in KC, so just be careful getting in and getting out.

I want to say that today was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at this location I went in not knowing what to expect and a angel appeared named Steve this guy was amazing if Home Depot gives awards, he definitely deserves one he never got irritated with my lack of knowledge he was very informative he also gave great advise he also left me with a sense of confidence that I can complete my remodel on my basement thanks Steve

One of my favorite stores. Big kids /adult toy store! Lumber, paint and every where in between. Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Great garden department. Rental department was helpful and experienced.

Excellent staff in the paint department. Very helpful with what to get and quick to make it. The store has many items to choose from and most are in stock. If not they have a very good site to store process where you pick up your order from a locker right by the front door. In and out in a flash.

We came in to buy a used power washer from the rental department. I usually don't leave reviews but Angie was awesome. Super sweet lady and was extremely helpful. If you're ever going to this Home Depot, you need to come see her. She's fantastic.

I'm disabled which makes walking through the store sometimes impossible, curbside pickup is a blessing and works wonderfully

My husband & I had a great experience with a employee at Home Depot in Liberty MO, his name is Darryl Eggert. What an awesome friendly employee. He's very knowledgeable about all the tools, he went the extra mile to make sure we got the right tools we needed. We really needed help and he explained to us how to use the tools properly so that we felt very confident about the items we were purchasing. He's definitely the right person to talk too, so helpful. Wow !!! We were glad Darryl is working at Home Depot. 😊

I love this Home Depot. Their staff is super friendly and are gay friendly, too. That's very important to my partner and I.

They do need to upgrade their payment options to include ApplePay. We had to leave a purchase of over $100 at the counter because they did not accept this form of payment.

I still love to shop there and their prices beat Lowes' prices every time.

Gone Depot still gets a 5 star review. We will try them one more time, but if ApplePay isn't accepted, we will have to go back to Lowes.

Lowes will price match everything at Home Depot; so it's really a wash for us.

However, we prefer to shop at Home Depot because of the friendly staff and the Kansas City taxes are cheaper than the Liberty taxes imposed when shopping at Lowes, which Lowes can't alter. That 1.02% difference adds up over a year. Good thing Kearney doesn't have a Home Depot yet.

I have been there multiple times in a short amount of time. I had problems at first, but Lynn their manager, took care of them all. She's a great person and will do anything for you. I can be a picky person

Jeff Klep0er at Liberty's home depot was extremely helpful with our plumbing needs. He was patient, explained what we needed, and walked us through our shopping process. Later, he walked by while we were attempting to make key copies and he helped with that as well. Best rating for Jeff!!!

Friendly service. An employee walked me to another department to help me find what I needed. I was at Lowe's the week before looking for the same thing. Two different employees sent me to two different aisles and I still couldn't find what I needed.

Excellent employees and facility filled with all your lumberyard needs! Impressive how we can enter the store and employees recognize us! The inventory is excellent or they'll have it ordered in immediately! Wonderful place to get in and out of if you're in a hurry!

Customer Service is great. Lots of parking. Shelves are stocked. Online order and pickup works great. No complaints!

I was disappointed today when I picked up my replacement cabinet. I went to the service desk to let them know I was there to get it. The girl that brought it out asked where I was parked and I told her at the other end of the store and she said can you go get it. I said no because I had other things to load down there. I said can you just take it down there for me? She looked at me like I had rocks for brains! I'm 74 years old and she was maybe 20? Was that too much to ask of her? She had it in a cart anyway, it's not like I asked her to carry it! Still she acted like I had offended her by asking! I said never mind, I will take it down there myself. Which I did. This happened last week when I picked up my flooring and I'm thinking it was the same girl. I did go get my vehicle and brought it up there then. But another older sales clerk helped her push the cart out and then the older sales clerk loaded it for us, not the younger gal! I've spent several thousands of dollars in Home Depot the last couple of years and that's the service I received? When I got to the other end where my husband was loading up shelving and brackets, we asked for help loading it in the truck and that sales clerk called someone to help us. He was very nice, loaded it promptly, thanked us for coming in and told us to have a nice day! THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE! So the five stars is for HIM, I would only give the 20 year old a 2 star at most!
