Sewing Products - Sew Many Things

I called to see if they could repair my walking foot sewing machine. They asked a couple questions and said that I had my needle orientation incorrect. I took their advice, and now I'm sewing up a storm. VERY HELPFUL - thank you!!

I couldn’t have higher praise for this business; I went here as a last resort with my grandmas broken sewing machine. I had already went to two other repair shops, they took an absorbent amount of time and couldn’t repair my machine. I walked into this shop 10 minutes before close and the owner immediately started taking the machine apart(which I was not expecting). Within 5 minutes he was able to fix my machine that everyone else said “needed a part they couldn’t get”, so needless to say I’m pretty impressed. Oh and the cherry on top is that they charged me less than the company’s that couldn’t even fix my machine!

Exceptional, friendly and professional service. Serviced my grandmother's Pfaff machine, answered all of my questions and were fair with pricing. Just bought my first embroidery machine following their expert advice. I cannot wait to get home and use it! We will be back!!! Thank you!!!!

This place is fantastic. Dan and Melissa were very helpful and solved our embroidery machine issue in no time. They were very patient with us and answered all of our questions. This place has a wonderful selection of thread, too! We will definitely be back!

This is the only place I turn to for high end sewing products. Alan and his team at Sewing Products Inc. are professional and knowledgeable about all their products. Their prices are the best around and if I need routine maintenance or repairs on my machines this is the only place I go because I know I can trust them. I have NEVER been disappointed by any product that I purchased from Sewing Product Inc., and that includes everything from my Q"nique long arm, my high end sewing and embroidery machines and my sergers. I highly recommend this business.

AMAZING! I contacted Sewing Products regarding a problem with my Brother Innovis 1500D. I had taken it to another reputable sewing machine repair place and was told that my machine needed a new computer....freak out for a 5 year old machine. Talked to Rick over the phone and based on how machine was behaving he was pretty sure that it was not the computer. I ran it over there from Grand Blanc, 1 hour away, and Rick came out and took my machine and started running it. He was able to figure out what the problem was, just some thread caught in one of the upper tension springs. BUT the fact that he took it apart immediately and had it handled so fast....I certainly did not expect that and of course would not expect it in the future, but they now have a customer for life. I will be buying anything I need from them in the future. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Something that is hard to find these days! And I love the fact that they do the repairs "in house" so one can talk to the repair person, cannot do that when the machine is shipped out to a 3rd party.

I went in to have work done on my machine and the young gentleman sat down with me to show me thst the machine was working properly and did not need service.
I felt bad because I didn't buy the machine there and yet, he was so helpful. I am new to embroidery and will be a customer to them from this day forward.

This company is thee best. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. I originally came in there to purchase a sewing and embroidery combo machine, but ended up purchasing a serger and a top of the line/entry-level machine. The staff and owner was so patient and knowledgeable (even though it was close to closing) that I am coming back later on to purchase an embroidery only machine. One of staff ladies educated me on what machine would best work for me based on my sewing level needs and didn't try to sell me just any machine, just to make a sale. I will even be getting a tutorial on how to use my new Janome 8002d serger.

Great shop! Staff is very helpful. Was able to purchase a belt for my old vintage machine, some nice fabric, and a new Janome. Quite an eventful day!

Alan was informative and fair regarding products, i.e. history of machines and company lineage, use of coverstitch machine and differences in models. He also fixed my bobbin winder on my 44 yo Brother for $10 (as my Mom bought a Janome coverstitch machine) versus the $90 tune up quoted from another store which I knew was not needed as the machine had just been tuned up prior to being exiled for years unused. When sewing resumed, it worked extremely well aside from the bobbin issue. Prices comparable to Amazon with 20% future service and accessory discounts. His brick and mortar store beat my usual go-to Amazon online to a pulp!

Great little store the gal who assisted me was so pleasant if they just get more embroidery thread in stock this will become my new sewing supply store . Quilters out there I highly recommend them .

Took 2 machines on Thursday to get cleaned and adjusted and I pick them up on Monday afternoon what a great turn around thank you so much now I can go back at embroidery

I went to this location for an embroidery class. My trainer was very nice, sweet and polite. I look forward to doing more business with them as they are very nice people to work with.

Nice place. You can find different kind of threads and sewing accessories here. They sell branded names of sewing and embroidery machines like Brother, Bernina and Janome, also cover stitch and serger machines. Software for digitizing pictures to embroidery format is available here as well. The service is awesome, they will explain every function in every machine and help you pick the right one for you.

I had a great experience at this place. Rick is very knowledgeable about the products they offer. He was also very patient with me considering I had no idea what I was looking for and asked a lot of questions. I'm very please with the customer service and will be coming back in the future.

This is the only place to go to for a sewing machine repair (any model) OR to purchase a sewing machine or supplies. The staff is VERY knowledgeable and they are just fantastic. They take the time to show you how to work the machine you are going to purchase too!

Very knowledgeable and helpful and trustworthy. I have bought two sewing machines from them and they have done all the maintenance & repairs on my sewing machines for 15 plus years.

They were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Anyone that does quilting or sewing should stop there and do their business.
