Completely awful. This store and its employees just try to over charge you and give the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

I went in to get a new phone and a phone plan by Metro PCS and priced everything to be no more than $150. They charged me for all of these extra stuff that I did not know about or was informed. Not fees, but Rhapsody, world wide texting, ringtones, etc. It cost me over $250 and it took them over an hour to set up the phone.

I went back to return everything and the employees gave me snotty attitude and took almost two hours to return the phone and packages. There was no body else in the store. The employees were just texting on their phone.

I advise everyone to go somewhere else to get your service. Unless you like paying for extras you'll never use. One star rating is being generous.
