The owners here are some of the absolute nicest I've ever met! Their entire staff is wonderful, really.

They take great pride in sharing quality products with their customers, time and time again. They are reasonably priced and always offer fun and unique items around the holidays!!

There are closer locations, but I don't mind the drive to support such a great team!!

Everyone there was super nice and super attentive. I can tell even though they were wearing masks everyone was smiling underneath They even gave my son a coupon for a free pretzel. Oh and the pretzels are delicious too! I highly recommend this location to anyone.

Philly Pretzel Factory is always a great treat! Lots of quantities and types of pretzels to choose from. My favorites are the rivets with 2 dips, and the pretzel party trays.

Been to this location about a dozen times and have had a pleasant experience each time. Staff if very friendly and the food is awesome. We also did a platter for a party and it was a huge hit with everyone. Highly recommend.
