Gray's Cafe

We ordered the biscuits & gravy, Spanish omelette, pancakes & sausage to go. It was fantastic. The staff was so friendly & brought my food out to me while I sat on a bench outside in the sunshine. Perfect little small town spot! :)

Wow, the portions are humongous. The chicken fried steak is huge. It comes with eggs hash browns and toast. The green chi is vegetarian and yummy and spicy. Not a fancy place but great food and service you'd expect from a small town Cafe. Its Wirth the drive to the little town of Ault.

Nice little local breakfast place. Their pancakes are fluffy and really delicious.
I had their steak and eggs and the portions are generous and cooked to your specifications.
Lot of locals eat there so it's usually a tell tell sign of a well kept shop.

I ride my motorcycles to diners and review them. I visited Gray's Cafe on 26 Sep 21. From what I see, there's only street parking. I get inside and it's a nice little dining room. It feels very homey. The coffee was good and they had several types of creamers and sweeteners. Although there was only 1 waitress and 1 cook, my food came out with a quickness. I order the Spanish omelet (pictured) and it was pretty good. The hash browns were a little bland, but a little salt and pepper fixed it right up. I finish my meal and pay my bill. I don't know how busy this place gets, but this particular Sunday it was a very quiet and pleasant visit.

I box up my leftovers and I order a cinnamon roll to go. The pictures from other reviews show that it's big, but seeing it in the to go box shows just how MASSIVE it is. I'm taking it home for my wife and I'm sure she'll try to finish it today. The cook said it will keep and reheat in the microwave well for several days.

Overall, this was a great breakfast! I would visit again.

Over the past few years, I've had breakfast almost every Sunday before church. This place serves the best French Toast, hands down, and is very affordable. I highly recommend this place!

Most yummy green chili burgers and patty melt ever!!!! Fries were perfect onions grilled to perfection!!!

What a great 👍 place to go and get a real good meal..the service is fantastic and the clientele is very common..I would recommend this place 😀 to everyone.

Absolutely the best waitress ever! I’ve never seen a waitress walk that fast or for that matter anyone walk that fast. And was as sweet as she could be to everyone that walked through the door.

It's always a very pleasant experience here at Gray's Cafe. The drive through the green acres to this cute small town is always a mood booster. When we arrive, we are greeted in a friendly welcoming manner and seated quickly. Our drink order and food order is taken and our breakfast is always delicious! We have seen they have a giant homemade cinnamon roll. We have yet to try. We love the biscuits and gravy and omelets and breakfast burritos.

Our first visit. Until now had not know it existed. Very friendly place, quick and efficient service. Home cooking in restaurant setting. Seems a local haunt so you know the food is good. Lady running front of house has such a giant smile, so energetic and capable. We enjoyed our visit.

Absolutely fantastic. Every single breakfast item we ordered was perfectly done. The atmosphere was exactly what I look for in a small town restaurant. And the best part—our server Kiara was wonderful. She cared so much about our dining experience and made us feel like family from the very start. What a great find. Ya gotta check this place out!

When we moved to Colorado, we were eager to find a small, quaint eatery that served delicious food, and this is it! From the moment we stepped inside, we were enveloped in a warm and inviting atmosphere reminiscent of diners and local restaurants we frequented back in South Carolina.

Upon entering, we were immediately greeted by friendly and attentive staff, who made us feel right at home. The restaurant's decor perfectly balances rustic charm with creating a cozy and intimate setting.

Don't forget to try their massive cinnamon rolls!

Grey's Cafe is a great little hole in the wall eatery. They are open for breakfast and lunch and have a good simple menu. The biscuits and gravy were fantastic, and the service was attentive, polite, and on their A-game. I think I found my new favorite breakfast place!

Absolute best chicken fried steak I have eaten in my 40 years of living. The eggs where so fresh! I literally thought they were farming the eggs they where the best eggs I've eaten "over easy" in any dinner. I would recommend this place once a week if you live within a 100 mi radius. With that said I'll see you next week Gray's Cafe.

Amazing breakfast. Biscuits and gravy, eggs, hash browns. A huge meal that is hearty and delicious. Take a cinnamon roll when you leave, the best around.

I used to live in Eaton growing up and my parents used to carpet clean for them. We used to come here and eat breakfast all the time. 7 years later and it’s still my favorite breakfast place. I always try and catch a meal when I visit. The service was amazing as well, I don’t remember her name but she had black hair and was on top of everything. Recommend this place for sure!

Great little diner with delicious food. I always have French toast and biscuits & gravy, never disappoints. Their cinnamon rolls are big and yummy.

The gun art made me feel uncomfortable. Please consider those of us who lost loved ones to senseless gun violence. I just wanted coffee and to escape, but seeing that reminded me of so much pain and sadness. I do not know why a cafe would need to display that. Perhaps paint the baseboards, put up some mirrors, diner art, plants and create a comforting space for community. I think pro-peace is a better message in 2023. Thank you.

Good food, friendly service. Super happy I had time to sit down and eat breakfast instead of fast food.
