Had 2 cold brew coffees that she was not sure what it meant to be light on the sweetener. She was however willing to have us taste it to see if we liked it and remake another if we did not. Appreciated the customer service.

No sweetener in my americano. Very frustrating. Glad they offer Gluten free foods but not great for first visit
