Honore's Cajun Cafe

This place is amazing. I’ve eaten seafood and Cajun up and down the Texas gulf coast, Honore’s is the best of all the places I’ve been. The gumbo is the best I’ve ever had outside of New Orleans. Fresh shrimp, not frozen, flavorful rue, not burnt.
The fried shrimp and catfish were wonderful!
Plentiful portions, great prices.
I will be returning every time I come through Angleton. Cannot recommend it enough!!

I may not have given this place a fair shake the first time. Or maybe it was just an off day for them. But thankfully so, my sister brought me back here to try it again. As this is her go to spot that’s near the house.

Plenty of seating inside and out, the food is delicious. Market price for the crawfish and shrimp. Roughly 5-6 lbs will be about $60-70 bucks.

These crawfish have just the perfect amount of heat. Especial those with stomach issues, I was able to enjoy these without fail. Great flavor that just builds on top.

If your in the area, I’d highly suggest a stop here to try even more items like the Boudin balls or links.

Restaurants been here for a while I just forget about it, it's off the beaten path, across from HEB... worth the effort to look for it! Good Cajun food , not as big of portions as NOLA, but tastes great!
I will be back for sure!

My Louisiana heart is so happy after discovering this place. The crawfish is wonderful and I love the atmosphere. Delicious food, friendly staff, not a long wait time. We will be back!

As we’re leaving tomorrow to go back to Tennessee, I had to eat here again. My oldest daughter introduced us to Honore’s and man….I’ve been raving about it ever since. The boudin balls are my favorite…the penne pasta is really good. The fish dish was good and youngest daughter loves the gumbo. Definitely a spot to visit when we come down!

This was my first visit and I'll surely be back. One of my friends is a librarian with Angleton ISD and she invited me to come and support the library's fund raiser. I really enjoyed the excellent food and wonderful service there. The menu had several items that tempted me. I sincerely appreciated that the food was not too spicy. There were multiple brands of hot sauce available for those that like to bring on the heat.

We came to Honore's for dinner a couple weeks back and we were not disappointed! We went ahead and ordered waaay too much, but wanting to know what was good for future visits, worth it. It wasn't bad for the price either. Definitely planning on coming back for more! 👌🏻

The very best Gumbo! Service is always with a smile and on top of things. Bourdain balls are to die for. Suoer friendly atmosphere and you always leave STUFFED!

Caesar Salad and dressing was amazing!! They should bottle the ceasar dressing! Damn good. Beignets were very good!

Amazing food. Amazing staff. Talked with the Gm for a bit and a very personable guy! Food really has that Cajun taste just like my grandmother makes when I visit her in Breaux Bridge!
We got the crab and shrimp gumbo and a crawfish poboy and both were amazing. We finished every bite.

Went there last night and had some of the most delicious crawfish ever! The handsome young manager Josh personally came out and made sure we were enjoying ourselves! Very rare to see management in the kitchen actually cooking but this young man was passionate about what he was doing and the flavors of the food shows!!! I’ll be back ! And the beignets are AMAZING!

We go here all the time and I'm just now leaving a review. Should have done it sooner! This place is consistently good food and service. Their crawfish are very good quality. Their food is just very good! Every time I get a to go order, it's always right. Just a good place!!

The gator bites were delicious and omg the fried okra was the best I've ever had from a restaurant 😋 I want to try everything on the menu.

Fried Shrimp & Fried Crawfish with Potatoes with onions and coleslaw were really good. Everyone in our party of 12 enjoyed their food first time for all of us. Compliments to the Chef it's was the best seafood I ever had at any restaurant. I am from Channelview Texas.
