O'Reilly Auto Parts

I’m usually don’t like shopping in these sort of parts stores. As I usually feel as I’m being treated as I do not have much knowledge about cars because I am a woman. Something I was taught when waiting tables, never assume things about a customer, you never know who you are actually dealing with.

However, this location has proven over and over that they are professional, polite, and helpful. Even though there are oreilly locations closer to both work and home, for me. I will usually wait and stop at this location if I need something (it is on my work commute).

I was in West Columbia, TX for work, and needed reefer sensory batteries for my work truck. So, I stopped at O' Reilly Auto Parts. The manager Stephen is very helpful and nice. Very much appreciated.

I came here as a last-ditch resort looking for a belt for my lawn mower. I searched high and low in other places and could not find one that fit my mower properly. I explained to them what I was looking for and in less than 5 minutes I had exactly what I needed. The folks here have always been friendly and courteous and helpful.

I must say that I usually go to Auto Zone based on past experiences with O’reilly’s but since this one was the closest one I gave it a shot and boy was I happy I did! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Steve (might be Steven) I was so worried my about my car I might have botched his name but he was great help! I explained that my car wouldn’t start and he offered to test my battery which he said needed to be replaced he explained my options and explained the warranty and then proceeded to install it for me. The whole process was easy and he answered all my questions! I definitely recommend this place! Nice, clean and knowledgeable personnel for sure! Thank you Steven!!!!

Great customer service! I got caught in a rainstorm and one of my windshield wiper blades wasn't working. I went in and the staff helped me pick out a new windshield wiper blade and even came out and installed it for me while it was raining!

Steven was extremely helpful, professional and efficient.

Almost always have what I need, always nice people working there, always greeted nicely, whomever manages these places manages their crew well also.

I just want to let the guy at West Columbia O’Reillys I can’t remember his name but he’s a redheaded guy and I just want to say thank you so very much for telling me how to put Freon in my car for my AC. You the bomb
