Fleet Feet West Ashley

I was in today and Riley was so helpful and kind. It’s always a little intimidating to go shopping, especially when you have your toddler with you. Everyone was so accommodating and sweet to my daughter. They were so kind to me as well. Riley found me the perfect pair of shoes and insoles to help my very painful feet. I can’t wait for them to come in! Shoe shopping has always been a very stressful experience for me, this was the best experience I ever could’ve hoped for. Thank you so much, you guys are wonderful. When my daughter is old enough, we will definitely be back to get her shoes.

I'm really big on recognizing customer service, good and bad. This was outstanding to say the least! The woman who assisted us was really helpful and knowledgeable about running, footwear, and hydration. The store is clean, neat, and in a convenient location. Unfortunately the insoles did not work out for me, but I'll definitely give my business to them again in the future. Great job!

Great store. Needed running shoes for our elementary school child running track and race events. Fleet Feet digitally measured his foot, explained his unique foot size and needs, and matched him ith great shoes.
Convenient hours, friendly and knowledgable staff, surprisingly large selection on hand, and great prices. Highly recommend.

I always make sure to visit Fleet Feet whenever I start running again. Eryn provided excellent service to me in 2020, and it was a coincidence that I received her assistance again. She helped me pick out the perfect socks and insoles. I was elated with my customer experience, and I will definitely return in the future.

I had an amazing experience at Fleet Feet! I went right after seeing a foot specialist for an injury and was in need of some new footwear. Conor was so helpful and informative. He walked me through their 3D foot scanning process and made selections for me based on my criteria. I walked out a happy customer with shoes that make me feel like I’m walking on clouds. Thank you!

We had an amazing experience at fleet feet. Eryn helped my boyfriend and I for almost two hours find insoles and shoes. We were just trying to find everyday shoes not necessarily running shoes. Finding shoes was a tad complicated because of my body, but Eryn made it easy. She took her time and really listened. Customer service was above and beyond! Hands down the best shoe buying experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!!
