Julia was kind, helpful and listened to me. She was filling in for my regular FNP and I liked her a lot. She got me in, took care of my needs and got me out, efficiently and I appreciate that. Hope to see her again. Highly recommend 👌 👍

Dr. Chaffee is very thorough and kind. He's a good listener and makes sure the patient gets the best treatment or sends you to a specialist if need be. I recommend him highly.

Amazing. My anxiety was through the rough being a new patient before entering. As soon I walked through the door it was calming and peaceful. The staff was welcoming and kind. Brenda Hess is outstanding and complete. She made me feel so comfortable with everything she needed to do to make the correct diagnosis. Lovely people. Would recommend 100%

I saw Brenda Hess for my first time today. She was very kind and straight to the point. She got me in and out of there quickly. She also ordered the imaging I needed and referred me to a specialist without any fuss. Definitely recommend!

Dr .Balcom is exceptional Doctor who is extremely thorough. If anything is wrong or a problem of kind is found she will make sure your needs are immediately taken care of asap. It’s my opinion that Dr. Balcom is the very best Doctor God has provided for me in my entire life!!! She is brilliant, caring and awesome woman! I’m grateful she is my doctor.

This was my first visit with Dr Chaffee after Dr Essex retired. I was impressed! He was very friendly, solved my issue on the spot, and apologized for being a little late at the end of the day. I am very comfortable having Dr Chaffee as my doctor.

The staff here is great to work with. They provide up to date medical care and we have had wonderful interactions with the doctors we have interacted with.
