BestMed Urgent Care

Nice facility and check-in went quickly, not a ton of forms to fill out. Staff was very friendly and caring. I went in for an abscessed tooth and I was seen and sent on my way with an Rx within about an hour. (Not bad for a walk-in care clinic) Highly recommend!

Levi (provider) was amazing. He was funny, and calm and because of that my daughter was very comfortable. Every time we come to this location we are always very impressed. Also the fact that I could leave with the needed medications for the same cost as my insurance was an added bonus.

All of the staff were so caring and compassionate. I came in with major back pain and the staff did everything they could to make sure that I was as comfortable as possible. It's one of the best experiences I've had at a medical facility. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

The front office staff and nurses were fantastic. They greatly helped with getting me signed in and taking care of my insurance.
The PA and his lead nurse were great with getting me in, taking care of my issue and getting me signed out. My script was called in and ready when I go to the pharmacy.
All in all, very efficient and effective.

The people here were pleasant and professional. They treated me very well. The facility is beautiful and clean. I was lucky to be the only patient at the end of the day, so there was only a short wait. I Will definitely use this clinic again if needed.

Our experience at the BestMed in Dallas was as excellent an experience as going to urgent care can be. The front desk ladies were very kind and efficient even though they were quite swamped. The nurses and doctor were also kind and thorough. They listened to you and didn’t rush you. We did have to wait quite a while, but I would wait for good care like this.

Great care and fast unless you go around lunch or after 5. Seems like everyone in Dallas only operate around meal times. Consistently in and out in less than an hour. If you go at noon or after work like everyone else in the town does expect a little longer wait time. They can only see so many an hour. I got here at 11:30 and was seen right away. I am leaving but just watched 7 people walk in since 12 and it is only 12:12.

The folks at BestMed gave me the help i needed quickly and with a smile! I went in multiple times for my ailments and the service was the same. The visit summaries helped me remember the what was recommended for treatment, and pharmacy prescriptions were sent quickly so i could puck them up usually within hours. I heartily recommend them.

Everyone was caring and helpful, explaining insurance questions as well as giving great care. I went late in the evening after pharmacies would be closed and was thrilled to find they had prescriptions available at a low cost. I will happily recommend to everyone!

I was treated very professionally. They were fast efficient got me in and out and no time at all. I would recommend this facility to anybody or everybody.

Everything went smoothly from check-in, nursing staff, and provider. Check-in was quick and easy with Tiarra. The nurse, Ashleigh, was amazing and took the time to double and triple check my kiddo's O2 and heart rate when the first pulse ox wasn't reading. She also cleaned out my son's ears and made it an easy and fun process. Levi was great! Incredibly thorough and engaged my son through the entire visit. He even prepped my son while the nurse was preparing the ear lavage solution. Great team all around, and I would definitely return!

I was treated with understanding and care by the whole staff. I feel like they went beyond. Intake was very knowledgeable and caring. Doctor was very open to hearing my whole back story of treatment that didn't work to know better how to help. Thank you!

Everyone there was kind, caring, efficient and professional. The prescriber Levi was fantastic. I was surprised by his diagnosis however I believe he was spot on. You’d think at my age I’d know my body, it keeps on surprising me !!! Thank you for providing a high quality medical facility so close to my home.

This facility was clean and all of the staff were all very friendly. I could tell everyone working there were competent. I was able to get an X-ray at this facility and talk to a doctor for a small co-pay since they accepted my insurance. I recommend this place for anyone looking to get medical care quickly for a non-emergency issue.

The staff was friendly, facility was very clean and the registration process was streamlined and easy to complete.
