Excellent. Almost old school experience.
Super clean. Super packed and very well organized.

KNOWLEDGEABLE staff. They had garage door drums and cables when most stores didn't.

I've got a good Ace Hardware within half a mile, but I'm inclined to drive 7 miles to this one.

Simple, know what you're building and know who can serve your needs best! Their store has the best layout for small parts, screws, nuts, bolts and if you're lucky - they'll have brands of gear that mostly are more money but quality stuff that corporate hardware stores can't - but Ace can!

First time here. Had a couple spare keys made. Picked up insulation that no other Ace, or even Home Depot, had in stock. Quick and friendly service. Browsed around and noticed a well-stocked inventory. This Ace even has a nice selection of discs for disc golf! My new hardware store!

This is my local hardware store. Great help & service. More often than not the store has the screw or bolt I need to finish repair project.
Good house paint headquarters, too. The paint guy knows his stuff.

Great little hardware store. Have a bunch of stuff, even though it's not as big as another Ace hardware. But people are really amazing and know what they are talking about. Will be going back if i need something for the house

This is the only Ace Hardware I will go to now after my wonderful experience here (which is an 18-mile drive from my home) last year and my awful experience with the local store in Thousand Oaks. The service in Ventura is excellent, not so much at the TO store. Well worth the drive to head to Ventura on a weekend if needed!

Very helpful staff. Incredibly stocked Hardware store. The best I have seen in a few years. They had 2 clerks checking you out On a weekday.

Ace is the place! They have everything you need & more to fix up your house, yard or any other project your working on. They have great stock & the staff is very friendly and helpful. Plus, Ace is a locally owned store so when you support Ace your helping to support a mom & pop shop. Highly recommend everyone to check it out & support your local shops.

This location is close to home.
Well stocked, staff is very quick to offer help. Came in for a flapper and left with flapper and 2 bags of my favorite charcoal. Also the gals up at the counter are friendly and fast. Thank you all

This ACE has just about everything you need. Prices are just about the same as that big chain store on mills. ACE is great and I love the fact it is close. They have what you need and I don't have to drive and waist gas going into midtown. Friendly staff, very knowledgeable and very helpful.

Joel here is fantastic, I was in a bind and needed something done post-haste. He understood my situation and crammed out what I needed done! 5/5 can't recommend this place enough. All associates are knowledgeable, kind and beyond efficient!

Found the store a 100% improvement vs old store , man it's great, wall to wall home improvement item's for the novices to full fledged repair & maintenance men & women, and very helpful staff to help all who need it. All there in their well stocked store, paint , electrical , plumbing, garden, carpentry, home, general merchandise , and lots more , drop by soon and check it out.

Had three types of just what I needed.

They have changed copaired to old owners,much more good products to choose from. Prices are just as copairable to other stores,don't have to fight the crowds as to Lowe's n Home Depo

ACE Hardware is BACK in Ventura! A few years ago this used to be an ACE, then in 2018 or around there they dropped the ACE branding. Well ACE is back and this is the best place to get honest, helpful, caring help on your home projects. The owner and the others who work here are some of the friendliest I have ever met in a hardware store. Just come visit and feel the difference.
