I'm short so it's kinda tough for me to reach my oil cap. One of the gentlemen inside helped me get the hood open to my vehicle and also take the cap off to add oil to my vehicle. They have a really nice crew

Along with being greeted walking in, asked what I'm working on. Had all the parts for my complete break job. Store is clean, stocked and organized.

The workers there are knowledgeable and Friendly. Especially john E. He helped me out a lot with my problems and concerns about my vehicle. Really great spot definitely would suggest it to anyone.

We were far from home without any tools and needed to replace a headlight. The staff was extremely helpful--not only for us, but for three other customers who were there for wiper blades and a battery. Highly recommended!!

Love having parts for my vehicle right around the corner. Staff here is very friendly and helpful, decent selection of ubiquitous car stuff. Sometimes you can catch super awesome deals when they are changing product lines so look for the red stickers. Also make sure you are a speed perks member. Seems like every time I spend money in there I get a 5 to $10 coupon for my next purchase. Signing up is free to do online and it definitely hedges the cost difference between here and Giants like Amazon and Walmart.com. it takes about 20 minutes to leave my house grab the part and come back. Amazon has not figured out how to deliver parts that quick... Yet.

Wonderful people. Lost or left my credit card at the abbott road store. With in minutes they had secured my credit card by locking it in their safe. A short time later I was reunited with my credit card. Thank you very much!!!

Know what you need before you come here. They will up sale you without blinking an eye and tell you the part is nonrefundable so when its wrong you're stuck with the wrong one no matter what. Spent almost $90 on a few things and two small parts $53 of that down the drain....Had to spend another $23

Top notch service and parts store. I would not go anywhere else for the kind of parts that commonly need replacing like light bulbs, antennas, fuses and especially for wiper blades. They install them with a smile and NO charge to do it!

When you walk in you feel like you have been going there for years on your first visit, and if you go there more often they likely know your name. I know because the times I have been in there I hear them calling out customers ny name saying hello.

I stopped in for bew wipers. The man at the register was so helpful. He advised me my size and my options. He put them on for me two. With my 18 month old in tow it was super helpful.

My last visit was because I needed to do an oil change on my motorcycle. I'd give 5 stars for the fact that they had everything needed for a 34 year old bike alone.
Another 5 because as almost always, I was out the door a few minutes after walking in to the Abbott Rd. location!

Leo helped with a dead battery. He came outside and tested the battery and replaced with a new one. Great customer service.

Helpful workers who went right to it to get what I needed. They will even install items on your car for you if needed. Super efficient and fast service as well.
