My girlfriend came in to get her phone switched over to a new one and they got everything set up and transferred for her pretty quickly. Kudos to Kevin and Gregory for helping her out!

I walked into the store looking for a specific Otterbox case with an embedded Pop Socket. I was greeted as soon as I went in. The associate was honest and said that retail outlets only have that case for the iPhone 11 and I was better off getting it from online from Otterbox. His honesty was refreshing. I later received a text from T-Mobile. I went to the store to address it. Again I was immediately acknowledged. The wait was long, since new accounts were getting signed up. When it was my turn there was an immediate apology for the wait and a welcome back. The same associate was so smart, he checked my issue 3 different ways. On the third way, he discovered equipment I had returned hadn’t been logged as returned. He was very helpful. The store was bright and cheery, both employees were upbeat and engaging. It was the exact opposite from the Verizon store.

Gregory did an excellent job helping me to restore the FB auto fill-in content. Thank you PBG T-Mobile for knowledgeable staff!

Went there with Mom today as she lost her phone in Jupiter the other day. The gentleman who helped her, I think naked Dierius, was extremely kind and helpful to my mother. He called her insurance company and answered her every question. Then the sweet manager engaged us and recognized my mother from a prior visit. I watched and listened as she calmly and with care explained options to my mother. She sympathized with her situation and came up with ideas that eventually provided all the answers she needed. Mom is getting a phone delivered tomorrow. This was on Wednesday, October 4, 2023, at the Gardens Mall. Fantastic service in a very clean and well staffed T-Mobile store.

The staff at this T-Mobile are by far the best of any store I've been to. When I upgraded my phone plan (at a different store), someone had changed a setting on my plan, and my phone hasn't been usable for roughly 6 months. I've attempted to get it fixed at 3 other T-Mobile stores, and nobody could fix it. Nothing worked, changing sim cards, resetting phones, and switching data on and off. As a last attempt, I tried the Gardens Mall store, and they fixed the issue within minutes of being there. The gentleman at the counter knew exactly what happened after explaining the issue.

Now, after 6 months, my phone is finally usable again. They saved a customer from switching phone plans, and I've continued to stay with T-Mobile.

After having an uncomfortable interaction with another associate, I decided to wait to work with Kevin, who had helped me in the past. He was patient, and thorough in his explanations, and transparent with plan pricing. He understood that some customers require more technical assistance and in person interaction. He was respectful and did not treat me as an annoyance, unlike the first associate I spoke with when discussing a new phone purchase. Kevin addressed all my concerns, and was a real asset to this Tmobile location. It is frustrating that the company doesn't employ technicians in the retail locations, but Kevin's experience enabled him to act as a tech when my former phone was glitching, explaining what was going wrong. In the future, I will endeavor to work with Kevin exclusively whenever I am in need of either technical assistance, or phone replacement.

I’ve been a T-mobile customer for over a decade and the service gets better with time like fine wine! Ask for Shakira at this location. Answered all my questions and setup my business phone account. Thank you 👏🏾👏🏾

Customer service and Manager I believe his name was Walter was outstanding, the product was exactly what I was looking for, I was very impressed with the quality of the product, They were accommodating and responsive to my questions.

We had lost an iPhone (needed to reply lost/get replacement) and my Pixel 3a had connectivity issues - no cell service. Nick helped us work through both problems and solve them both in a professional and patient manner. He could not have been more helpful. He is a great example of why T-Mobile has the best customer service.

I was on vacation in the Keys and unfortunately dropped my phone in the water. Had to get a phone right away for business purposes and went to the Tmobile store in Florida city. The sales rep not only didn't explain things, she added features that I told her I did not want! So I went to the Gardens Mall Tmobile and they straightened it all out without fuss!>

Very helpful salesperson, Izzy. We told him what price range phone we were looking for and he showed us some options and no pressure to buy the most expensive phone. Asked how my husband uses his phone and he was very helpful

My nine-year old T-Mobile SIM was too big for my new phone; the store provided a no-hassle, free SIM replacement. But it was the extraordinary amount of time which Nick and Giovanni freely offered in setting up my new phone (and which I had bought elsewhere). Superior service. A very happy customer I am.
A new experience: Misplaced my T-Mobile SIM card when in India (while using my Indian SIM card). Izzy was very helpful replacing my T-Mobile SIM card upon my return to the U.S.

T-mobile has an absolutely amazing staff Yvette specifically at 2440 PGA #5 location was extremely patient with me even though I forgot all my information. She really made purchasing my New I-Phone an amazing experience. I will defiantly be recommending T-mobile to my friends Best Customer Service!!

We needed a new Sim card. They provided it free of charge and installed it.
