Called to ask for the most simple repair possible and even mentioned I would be doing the work. Simply needed 4 tiny strips of adhesive to put the back panel of my phone back on and apparently that was asking way too much because I got told no I don't work on those phones and hung up on before I could even respond. Anyone can fix a phone screen nowadays but obviously not everyone has customer service or business skills.
