Everyone here is so friendly! I needed a new key fob, but the dealership wanted a ridiculous amount. I found one here at half the price and they programmed it for me in just a few minutes. Definitely recommend.

The gentleman working the counter went above and beyond to help us find the right battery and install it to our ATV, we had been taking up multiple parking spots in the parking lot and to our surprise that wasn’t an issue. He let us take our time and even brought us out tools that we didn’t have on hand! Genuinely a great person and a great place to shop!

This Batteries Plus was some of the best customer service I had ever received. Ron went out of his way to help us out on race weekend. The store had what we needed and was able to get us back on the track during a tough situation. Thank you Ron for making our purchase easy and helping us take first this weekend.

Kesean has incredible customer service skills is very friendly informative and a very hardworking individual he helped me twice today with a battery issue with my bike i look forward to dealing with him in the future whenever I need batteries for something Thank you Kesean

Terrible customer service. Put the wrong screen on my phone and busted my internal antenna on my s23 ultra. When I brought it up to them they just said "well we can put yoir old screen back on" like it didn't just take them over an hour and a half to mess up the first time. Called My insurance company to complain after waiting 4 days for my screen they gave me the wrong one or a cheap knock off. Rediculous terrible customer service . Now I need an entirely new phone because of the incompetence

Update: called manager today and they told me I had to speak to the owner on Monday. See how that goes.

Update 2: contacted the owner today, no solution my insurance has escalated the situation now. But will be without a proper working phone for another week because of this store.

Final update: store offered to "look at phone" that they damaged. Decided to move forward and have my insurance mail me a new device. Wish this situation went better but obviously I will hopefully never have to deal with this location again
