Amazing! I had the best service and food tonight. Both times I visited today. The food was super fresh and delicous. Special thanks to the person running the til, You made me feel at home. Very friendly and great attitude. Everything was perfect! Thanks for cooking my family dinner today. You'll be seeing us again!

Sometimes my kids and I just stop in and get curly fries and liquid chedda as an afternoon snack...I highly recommend this.

I wish they still have the deluxe burger and ranch burger. At least have a fish sandwich instead of fish sticks. Over all good friendly service.

Drive up was fast, fresh and hot! Window cashier was especially friendly too. Would definitely recommend this location.

Seriously best service even if they are busy each and every one of them try so hard to make sure your food needs are met! I give props to all the managers. Thank you all for checking orders and making sure all the food in there at drive threw I don't know what other places to such thing😅

I left and went across the street to CVS not knowing they had forgotten the cheese cups I had ordered. The employee who waited on me sent his wife across the street to give me my cheese cups. Now that’s customer service!

Monticello Arby's is always a clean and comfortable setting. Their roast beef sandwiches are delicious. We love the new crinkle fries!

Stopped here today to try out the new fish sandwiches they've been advertising. Based on the commercial you'd think there were only 2 choices - first, the fish and cheddar, second, the crispy fish. What they fail to tell you is that there's a third option - a King's Hawaiian fish deluxe. You gotta love those sweet, fluffy Hawaiian buns. So naturally we went with third choice. The buns with the fresh tartar sauce, iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, and that hot, crispy fish fillet was tasty and delicious. We couldn't have asked for anything better. They were hot, fresh and crispy. We also got a 2 piece of potato cakes, which were also hot, crispy, tasty and seasoned perfectly. I hope they decide to keep the limited time only fish sandwiches.

They have fast good food not like McDonald's slow and grease.

My hubby couldn't have solid food for 2 days because of a medical procedure and he told the doctor that he was going to Arby's when we were done, lol. He could have picked any place but wanted Arby's. I guess that says it all. Food was outstanding.

I used to work here and even though it didn't work out, I loved the job, Chris and Tim are amazing managers. some places that I've worked in the food service industries do not follow codes, they don't wear gloves when they handle food but this Arbys does and Chris and Tim are very strict on cleaning styles which is exactly how it should be.

I have never gotten a bad meal from here also they have never messed up my order except once but they gave me an extra slider so I mean it's a pretty good place to go if u got the money

Long wait, but the food was fresh and great.

The staff at this location are always so polite and friendly. That seems to be lacking in many service workers these days. Keep up the great work!
