They are really nice people and they are very good at remembering names of customers :)

Fast and friendly, they made a fresh pot of coffee for us.

They were super busy when we got there and the lobby was closed... however, when we ordered, the gal who took our order made sure to get our order correct and apply a coupon, even though it was being difficult lol. As we moved along through the line, the staff was SUPER friendly. The gal who handed us our food was super nice and personable... we got our food and it was all there, the modified sandwiches were all made correct and the fries were HOT. I was impressed by the whole experience. After a long day at Indiana Beach, it was nice to enjoy a fresh, hot meal before our journey home. I want to say thank you to the staff who made our experience so enjoyable!!

The drive-thru line was super long however it went really fast. Fresh hot meal everything was great.

The staff was great and very patient with their manager who needed more training in my opinion. The manager was rude to his employees and the customers

Always wait forever on food at North St mcd. It's never right. Always rude employees and management. This is the last option for mcds for me and my family

Best McDs ever! I brought a giant busload of kids in for breakfast on a field trip day. When we got there they were just finishing up with another busload of kids. We were greeted with smiles and efficiency. They moved our line through like it was nothing. Not a single wrong order either. I'm more than impressed! Great job!

If you want glutten-free, dairy-free cakes decorated beautifully this is the place. The cake is pricey but the results are one happy compliment after another. Happy family means happy return customer for every occasion.

Was able to leave the communist state of Illinois and sit down and eat at a full service McDonald's.

My family and I just left this McDonald’s. And one of the managers John made our night for being such an awesome employee. We are very satisfied food was good, orders were correct and staff had great customer service. Thank you!

I cruised by there in the morning because I like to drink orange juice and food with my vitamins but it's a shame cuz sometimes they're not open they don't have enough employees I think so at 6:00 in the morning they might not be open so I'll have to cruise by Wendy's and they were open either so what did I do I drove to Burger King and they were open fast without there in 2-3 minutes because McDonald's Wendy's and Burger King are all right next to each other wish they could get more employees because I do have the McDonald's app

I always have a little mistake. The food is a some bad to other people. To me it is yummy,but my parents hate going there. I am only 9 though so that is why.sorry if there are mistakes in this as I said I am only 9.

Delicate, flaky, lattice apple pie...still warm😍 Service was friendly and prompt. And the Caramel Sundae was yummy. Nice Sunday afternoon treats!

Our ff were hot,but our hamburgers were cold,go figure it's usually the other way a round.Delphi Indiana they don't put meat on there burgers,and then don't want to fix it!Won't go there again.

Ok so let me start by saying my buttermilk crispy tenders were burnt the floors were sticky and there was a huge mess in the bathroom and no tables were clean there was ketchup everywhere and it was really sticky by the drink machine and the worste part was there was a pancake on the floor with ants everywhere and the workers are very rude they need new staff
