Great experience. Greeter was friendly and super helpful. Family fun atmosphere with courteous staff. Great product selection for most team sports (No hunting equipment). Manager was attentive and running a tight ship.

The store looks fantastic, everybody that works there was really nice. House of Cleats is incredible and their footwear/apparel section is gonna be hard to match by any competitors. The fishing department also looks pretty nice to 😉

Robert from the Latham location really made my shopping trip at Dick’s easy and quick. I had asked two associates prior to his help to locate a certain item. The others were also nice and friendly just uncertain which was fine because they got me on the right track. He was quick to find it and showed me how to save with a different brand. He also educated me in the saving I could also get with their card. Robert needs a raise!! He is amazing!

The staff was very busy when I went in on Saturday. I Asked Jalen a question kind of in the middle of him helping someone else. Maturely he didn’t respond negatively and just told me to give him a min. He didn’t actually know the answer to my original question but went and asked someone else. He could’ve easily said he doesn’t know and then put the onus on me to just say: “oh thanks anyways”. I just appreciate that I was able to get my arch support measured when I was there.

It was my first time buying from this store chain. I did the curb side pick up. The dude brought out the 300 lb Olympic bar bell set to my car and lifted a 100 lb box like it was nothing. It took maybe 10 min max of waiting in the car after I notified them through the email that I am ready. It was a fantastic experience.

I also called their customer support number on 2 occasions and had good experiences.

Huge store with tons of merchandise. Lines can be long but many cashiers keep them moving quickly.

Dave from the golf department was extremely helpful and courteous. I haven't bought new clubs in a while so I was pretty unfamiliar with the new technology. He worked with me to figure out a driver that suits my swing speed and launch angle perfectly. Thanks again Dave!

I went into the store on Troy Schenectady Road in Latham looking for a treadmill. The two gentleman that helped me were very knowledgeable and friendly! Steve L and Steve G, Also Paige At the register was very helpful and polite as well! Overall a great experience, we were in and out, and got all the information we needed and found the perfect treadmill!

This time around was a great trip. Helpful staff, store was clean for the most part. The back corner with the bikes was not to be very appeasing. Dark, messy, and unshopable. Checkout were fast and friendly.

I recently bought a portable basketball hoop and paid for the assembly and delivery. I had a horrible experience with the contracted company. I called the Latham Store and spoke to the Manager Aaron. He got right to it and got me taken care of immediately.

Good experience. Came in to buy soccer cleats. Most prices are thru the roof, but they did have a couple low budget options, which helpful staff member quickly fetched from the storage after my request. Got the last pair!
