Dan and Micheal were amazing! It was one of the best experiences I have had at a T-Mobile. These gentlemen went above and beyond. They deserve more than 5 stars. :)

Ashley Nate and Desiree were amazing. I had a issue with my bill but also did not have time to Waite around as I had my kids with me and had to be to work. They assured me it was ok and I could go about my day and they would take care of the issue. Not even 10 mins after leaving I got a call from ms Desiree informing me that every thing was taken care of! Awesome service! It’s not very often you get service like that anymore. Give that crew a raise T-Mobile

I was always unhappy with the service at this location when it was Sprint! I used to drive to the Janesville store!

I have received amazing service here! They are always busy and short staffed, but the customer service is outstanding! Ashley was with a customer today but still got me in and out quickly! This T-Mobile store is the best around! Jordan is so relatable, down to earth, and friendly! She really knows how to make the phone buying process easy and fun. SUPER HELPFUL STAFF! [NEW customer here] those guys answered SO MANY of my stupid questions about how to operate my new phone... I'm pretty sure i was in the almost 2 hours but, they didnt mind. the cost so far has been good. [3 weeks later] service is spoty and can be frustrating when it is out FOR HOURS at a time.... that's my main compliant..SHOTTY SERVICE... I took the leap and got the phone [old version customer] AND the internet 5G [old spectrum customer] all at the same time. PROBABLY SHOULDNT HAVE. PRICE is GOOD... REALLY SUCKS when the 5g service is out... I CANT DO A DANG THING...FOR HOURS, until it comes back on. I'm seriously thinking of going back to Spectrum so at least I have SOMETHING if the phone goes out... i can just jump on wi-fi voice data... FOOD FOR THOUGHT... things to think about before you switch over..

Came in because my phone wasn't working correctly. Jordan greeted me and was wonderful! She got my phone fixed for me and explained my bill to me perfectly! I highly recommend Jordan!

Allot of patience was Givin looking and making the best deal possible for us and then once received phones set everything and all devices up for us. Actually had fun talking to and with both people inside store and over all experience was long yes but but worth the time love the phones love the monthly and most of all away from sprint customer service lol, but won't take another cell phone service other than t- Mobile/sprint, thank you for all your help and most likely future.

Ashley helped me today with my questions and to install a new screen protector. She did a great job with answering all my questions! She was very nice and great to work with. 👍👍👍

This store has 1 decent person at the time of my visit. Mercedes is a horrible sales rep. If you have to go to this store you better ask for Valentino.
