Cute little boba shop. The menu has a few uncommon items. We tried the fresh sugar cane juice with coconut popping boba. Never had coconut popping boba before. They are very fun and very coconutty. But a bit too sweet.

They have Hong Kong snacks too.

Ordered for pick up and this was my first time to this tea shop. Cute little whole in the wall type of shop. They are actually open late which is super convenient and you actually have to park and walk down past the barricade on B street to get to the shop. Friendly staff when I walked in to pick up my order. The vibes are nice in there and they also have a self serve machine.

They have some cute decorations and the cups are super cool, original and authentic. Their tea is freaking DELICIOUS! Will call this place my spot when ever I'm here in San Mateo. 😋

Best boba in San Mateo! The owner was highly recommended Mango coconut pudding and Fresh taco highland barley milk tea, I was very happy what I had.
They used fresh fruit and good quality of ingredients to make the drink really special and tasty, I couldn’t help myself to order the same thing again even though I was full.
Friendly service, cute decoration, easy to order, reasonable prices, great location.
Definitely I would come back again!

Drinks delicious! Not too sweet. Taro cake milk tea, popping coconut meat sugarcane and regular sugarcane! Love the popping boba w coconut in it!

Stumbled upon this boba shop right after coming out from the movies. Went in and saw that you can order a boba milk tea in a gingerbread cup? SO CUTE! The drink was really good so that’s a plus. Cute cup with a really good drink. Will be coming back :)

From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the cute kitty painting decorations that gave the shop a fun and playful atmosphere. The staff were also very welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home.

The highlight of my visit was definitely the seasonal popping water chestnut tea. I've never had anything quite like it before and it was an absolute delight! The tea was perfectly sweet and refreshing, and the popping water chestnuts added a fun and unique texture to the drink. I found myself sipping slowly, savoring each and every mouthful.

Love their drinks! High quality drinks with fresh ingredients! The owners always inventing new drinks and the new coffee tastes sooooo delicious!

Huge menu, good quality drinks, but on the expensive side. Overall, I would recommend this place if you're in the Downtown San Mateo area.

Drinks I tried:

+ Regular Sugarcane Juice: This is as good as it gets! Fresh nuoc mia with no frills. For a small cup, $8.50 is a crazy price tag... but since there's no sugarcane in the area - this is a pretty solid option! So refreshimg!

+ Very Watermelon Salted Cheese: Yum! They clearly use fresh and ripe watermelon. Naturally sweet and refreshing. The cheese foam is classic and thick! My only critique is that the slush is very thick and takes a long time for the cheese to mix with the watermelon.

Delicious flavors and plenty of options! In the past I've gotten the mango coconut pudding and salted cheese meaty grape drinks. I've also tried multiple of my friends and have yet to try a drink that I'm not a fan of. Both super flavorful and very fruity. Staff are also very nice and the space is cute, highly recommend!

Tried the hot barley milk tea and mango coconut pudding. The barley milk tea has fun toppings with barley and barley popping boba. It’s very nice on a cold day. Mango coconut pudding is refreshing.

The seasonal cup is cute but the drink inside isn’t super fresh, especially the boba.

My favorite boba place in San Mateo. Has outdoor seating, delicious boba drinks, cute decoration, perfect for hanging out. Love their fruit teas and fresh squeezed sugar cane.

My favorite milk/fruit tea place in the bay. Recommend to everyone! I’ve been to all the IG-famous ones but this is the best. It’s a family-owned business that uses fresh and real fruits, milk, and everything. The food is made with love here. Especially recommend any barley milk tea or mango coconut.

Had a sore throat so couldn't drink anything cold. Since tptea didn't offer hot drinks, decided to try this place out. Ordered a hot roasted oolong milk tea and it was delish! Very fragrant and 25% sweetness was perfect. It went down smooth. Will be trying other drinks next time.

Milk tea is very delicious. It just opened 2-3 weeks ago and there was already fans. This place served one of the best milk teas in downtown compared to other stores in my opinion. The store is also cute decorated.

T6 oat barley milk tea is my go to, it can be filling if you had a big meal but I like the texture a lot with oatmeal and barley which pops in your mouth. Their other drinks are pretty good too, would recommend if you’re in the area.

I got the cold barley milk tea with medium sweetness. Service was fast and friendly and the drink was very unique. The portions were large and there were lots of toppings in the drink. Everything tasted fresh and natural, no artificial tastes. Would highly recommend giving it a try.

I go here every week. Best milk tea I've had on the peninsula. Highly recommend their barley oat milk tea special and I'm a big fan of their roasted oolong milk tea as well. Keep up the good work!
