Jose is always helpful. He was very attentive and listened to my needs. I have recommended him to my family, friends and coworkers. He is always helpful. Every time I go in he is always smiling and greeting everyone that goes in. I would definitely keep recommending him every where I go.

Jose is very friendly and knowledgeable about phones. Very professional and got me my new iPhone 15 pro max in a very fast time after ordering it and not only that he transferred everything to my iCloud from my old phone to my new phone and it felt like I never switched phones all my information was on the new one. Jose is the go to for all your phone needs!

I was just browsing the phones and Jose greeted me and he started asking me questions about what I was looking to do. I ended up getting a new phone, watch and even hooked me up with accessories so my new phone was fully covered. He explained everything thorough and broke everything down. He is a great salesman. Five stars for Shane, the store manager! He was a tremendous help in switching to T-Mobile, choosing the best plan for me and setting up the phones. He never tried to sell me on a higher plan or phone and was honest with my best interests in mind. He’s also extremely patient with a non-techie. His staff are courteous and considerate as well. A lovely experience.

Jose does a great job. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. You can feel he actually cares about the customer needs and you’re not just a number of the day for their sales. I would totally recommend this store and will definitely send them to Jose.

I went to this location as it is closest to my home. I needed help to set up my new cell phones. I have been with T-Mobile for 20 years now and Shane is a perfect example of why. The store manager, Shane, was absolutely awesome! He literally took over an hour and a half of his time to make sure all of my data and contacts were saved backed up and my cell phone was set up so that I could use it right away. I am not much of a techie so his help was greatly appreciated. For a store manager and given how young he is I was absolutely marveled at his ability to multitask as there were other customers coming and going from the store with various needs he would calmly help them and his other associate that was there simultaneously while setting up my phones and taking care of me. T-Mobile corporate I hope you are aware of this young man he was absolutely fantastic and he definitely deserves a raise and a promotion. What an asset to your company he truly is!!! Thank you so much Shane for all of your help.

I've had a cell phone since you carried them in bags. I've worked for three different telecom companies in an executive position, and NEVER received the quality service that I received at this location. Chris and Ali were so polite, helpful, and knowledgeable, I wanted to give them five star ratings
