Nadia is amazing and knowledgeable holistic nutritionist. Her Instagram and website is full of information. Definitely try her elderberry syrup (to keep colds away and immune system high), cookies are to die for.

I have ordered Nadia's meals numerous times. Food is delicious and healthy. Desserts are amazing. I also use her elderberry syrup and I have made my own from from her kit. All great quality products. Delivery arrives promptly. I highly recommend Nourished by Nadia.

Ordered the weekly meal delivery for 2. It was fresh and delicious and plenty of food. We ate but have enough for more meals tomorrow. The peanut butter bar for dessert was outrageous! Online ordering was easy and delivery was as scheduled. Thank you for the great food and a break from cooking but still being able to enjoy a meal that is healthy!
