Had trouble returning parts but this store in Elgin, tx helped us get a refund. Found out it was because of a commercial account purchase.

I had the most polite and knowledgeable gentleman help me today! Went in thinking I’d get a whole laundry list of things wrong with my vehicle, well I was totally wrong! Mr. Ryan Schafer quickly informed me all it was was a battery issue! I was so grateful and impressed because it was it under warranty...so I paid nothing!! He was very professional and patient with me as for I could not remember the phone number the warranty was under. Overall the best experience ever! Thank you!!

A huge thank you to Austin for assisting with putting send my new battery, Even though it was very hot standing out there he did not complain once he was very friendly and courteous.

They have the best staff and replaced my headlights in 15 minutes from the time I purchased them! The workers here are kind and hard working!

James at Auto Zone was so helpful when I thought my battery was going out. He actually figured out it was the Alternator and helped me find the part. He referred me to another auto parts store. This is real SERVICE! Thanks a million James and the rest of the crew!

I was a little skeptical before I walk into the store but I found the right person at the right time. Now listen, not everyone know the ins and out of a older model F-350 but your associate Mr. Haywood knew everything about my two cylinder braking system. His knowledge of my truck knock my socks off. I had a car battery that needed replacing but didn’t know anything about what I was doing. The store manager Bill Wright took time out of his day to make sure we got it changed, and good to go. Highly recommend visiting this store if you need any advice, or parts.

The service was awesome, very friendly people! I tried to buy some synthetic oil & filter separately and at that desk he showed me all the awesome and much cheaper deals they had before I bought it, I got an oil filter and synthetic oil for about $10 less due to the deal! Always reliable and I've been going here for years!

Denise and Steph were patient and informative when helping me purchase and replace my battery! They are wonderful employees to this establishment!

I had to unexpectedly get a new battery. So, I went to AutoZone hoping they would have what I needed in stock, and had time to replace the battery. I’m so thankful that Denise was there to help me. She was so patient with me, answered all my questions, and installed my battery in the rain. I was already frustrated because I missed my appointment because of my car not starting, but Denise made my day with her kindness. I will definitely be doing my business with AutoZone because of Denise.

Very helpful! I used the little book to find the lightbulb I needed and my dad grabbed some protective grease for electrical connections, but the cashier switched it for stuff actually meant for lightbulbs and verified that I had the right bulb for me. He also told us we did not need a new relay most likely, because the fast blinking was probably from the out bulb. Overall I appreciated the extra effort he took to help us.

Very friendly helpful staff. We couldn't figure out how to change our front headlight and the guy that looked up our part then checked us out also came outside and done our headlight's.

I've lived in Elgin for 25 years and O'Reilly's has always been my go to place for auto parts; over the years I've spent a lot of money at O'Reilly's. Recently AutoZone gave me good reason to make a change and make AutoZone my #1. My car battery was dragging and I knew replacing the battery needed to happen NOW. I called O'Reilly's and asked if I purchase a battery from them if they will help me with the install. I was told No. I called AutoZone and asked the same question and was told Yes. The battery was $200, thank goodness AutoZone does more than the minimum (like O' Reilly's does) and helps their customers save some money where they can. I recommend AutoZone to everyone!!!!!

Very friendly staff! Let me borrow a funnel to use for putting the oil in my car. Good price on the high mileage oil. Very clean and organized store.

Very knowledgeable staff. They helped me in a couple of things on my vehicle that really was a blessing to me. I will definitely shop there again and tell people of my great experience at AutoZone.
