The UPS Store

The staff is always helpful, cheerful and very kind. Today, Jennifer went the extra mile to help me with mailing off a certified envelope and her customer service and care was more than appreciated! She even went above and beyond to give me a kind hug after the terrible day I had had. I appreciate her and all the other staff for their professionalism and knowledge. This store will always have my business.

Super friendly and helpful. I brought in two oversized items and Brittany handled the returns and my question with ease.
She is an asset to the company and makes me even more likely to return to UPS for my services.

I have used a number of ‘The UPS Store’ locations over the years. The Yucaipa location was previously the closest store to home, so I used it often. After moving to an adjacent city, I began using another location. Yesterday, February 19th, I happened to be in Yucaipa and needed to drop off a box with a prepaid label. A young woman helped me by the name of Sarina, and all I can say is that she is a FANTASTIC employee. Engaging, congenial, expedient, and conscientious. My team and I supervise hundreds of employees of the company I work for, and if we had a few more Sarina’s, my job would be so much easier. I hope you will pass these comments on to her, she deserves it.

Sarina helped me today. She was prompt, polite, professional and VERY exceedingly helpful! I was shipping a box overnight and she helped me to get it there quickly and saved me money by asking good questions such as “are you a AAA member?”

Friendly staff in the Yucaipa store, they had a line but it moved quickly and everyone working clearly knew what they were doing, which tells me they were trained very well. Mika, who helped me, didn't make me feel like a bother at all—she was kind and smiled as she worked. I'm always going back to this UPS store.

Kelly displayed excellent customer service skills, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I was impressed with the way they had a special line for a returns set up. Meika was also very helpful in directing me to that line.

Actually never mind going into the UPS Store I go in there mostly for Amazon returns and usually it's a couple times a month and everybody in there is super lovely and friendly and they seem to have their ax together so it's a pleasant experience and they seem to be very efficient there and getting things done.🥰

I recently visited this location to mail a package for the first time. Thankfully miss Kelly was patient and understanding, walked me through the shipping and delivery process. Will return for future package deliveries.

So much more than a UPS store. Did you know they do color copies WAY faster than anyone else in the area? I know because they are quality copies and a really great price. Thank you Nick Judson for making me look good (in print)! I send them over and within hours (maybe the next day if I am sending it late) they are ready! WOW I am so grateful!
