I pop in on a fairly regular basis! Mainly to restock my foaming hand soap! And my Wallflower scent bulbs. Both of which I highly recommend! I also love the gift sets that they sell during the holiday season! As did the handful of people that I gifted them to! The staff is always super friendly, too!

Staff were courteous and kind, they helped me out with my tiny sale and were exactly as helpful as if it were a huge thing.

One of my Favorite places to get my lotions that are specifically their brands and you cannot get anywhere else. I can smell their refreshing clean signature bouquet as I get to the storefront which I love . I also use a lot of their specialty bath products from bath salts, bubble bath, bath bombs & candles, I could go on and on. I live in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho and it's about a 45 minute drive but it's by far well worth it as I stock up on my Favorite Essentials (at least to me) & I never leave without spending $$$'s I even write a list but NEVER am able to stick to JUST what I came for, walking out after buying at least 3 new of whatever I CAN'T leave without💫. My "Lists" have grown exponentially with the New buys that I didn't even know that I absolutely "Needed" 😁🤣❤...........Did I mention I Love their specialty only available storewide Products & I would spend $$$$'s if I could. I also am impressed with their Customer Service although I've never returned a single thing I've ever bought from them, their employees are so kick back and helpful, I don't like musk, too Floral scents and I can tell them that I only like "Clean, Fresh, white scents" and they know exactly what I mean and match me up directly to new products I can try, no pressure sales which is refreshing in and of itself. I Recommend Highly, if you've never been Especially!

Had such a wonderful shopping experience here yesterday thanks to the very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Especially the lovely woman running the front of the store I didn’t catch your name. They were out of the candle that I wanted, but she introduced me to one that was very similar, and I walked away a very happy customer. Thank you so much for taking the time!

Always love stopping in and smelling the roses. The smells alone are worth the stop. Wife and daughter love spending a good half hour each time, its pretty funny. I like the lil mens section. I enjoy the candles too.

I just purchased some things that I had a budget for. Bri was fantastic! I told her I had a budget and she helped get all that I needed within my budget. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service!

The employees were really great and happy to help me with what I was looking for. In general, some stores have employees that are slow to help and act inconvenienced if you ask any questions. This was definitely not the case.

The store associates were all so kind and helpful, especially Shelby (I hope I'm remembering her name correctly). I wish all stores could have such amazing people working at their stores. =)

A+ customer service: this is my favorite B&BW store in Spokane because of its genuinely friendly and attentive employees. A big thank-you to Will, Summer, & Bobo for making me feel like a valued customer and making my shopping experience such an enjoyable one!

You will love these stores. Candles, hand soaps and spray perfumes. My favorite is the Wall flowers with the scented oil fragrances.

Great smelling place. Unfortunately I couldn't get my French vanilla hand soap, because it was a seasonal item.

Good inventory at fair prices. Staff very efficient about ensuring customer safety with sanitizing touched items.
